Friendly staff. When I arrived, I had just come down with a bad cold, and a friendly employee showed up with at my room with tea and cough drops! He also got a taxi for me some days later - not easy to get at some times of day in Tunis.

Room was a little bit small, and shower leaked a little bit every time I used it.

Historicall classic

The great support from the reception, from management and dining room staff. Even before arriving, they corresponded about expectations on room availability and help with transportation.

That I didn’t have longer to stay.

The location was great, the staff were very friendly, and responsive.

The AC wasn’t working great, the bathrooms need a little upgrading / cleaning and the water pressure was weak at times

The hotel was in the middle of the city and the view was quite ok. the staff was kind and helpful.

the bed was bad

Place is literally in the center of Medina with walkable distance to lot of eateries and shops. Our toom offered view into the square outside. Breakfast was amazing and the lady ("Rabev", i hope i am pronouncing it right) in the kitchen was very kind and she served us omelets.

Be aware if you are driving to there by your own, roads are bit narrow and goes through the Medina. If you are not used to driving in African, Asian countries, it could feel too much.

Breakfast was wonderful! Far more variety..fresh omelets. The delightful young lady squeezed me a special glass of juice! Above all, the staff were so kind.

The location and beauty of the hotel is the best. The charming Tunisian - French decor is amazing. Looking over the fountain, the arch and souk area - fantastic.

A renovation should probably happen in the near future.

Lovely decor and very convenient location next to the Medina. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

There was no kettle or cups in the room. It was the only thing lacking.

It wasn’t clean and the TV had just one channel and they didn’t give us water

close to all important area from the old town (Medina) to the famous bourqabia street

Facility need renovation the bathroom especially building look tired and old the arctic is beautiful when upgrade they should keep the same theme

Stellar location. Lots of exotic ambience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Historic charm and elegance. Comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

The location was good if she like Citycentre and crowded places also, the decoration was very unique The staff was very friendly

There is no parking if you have car don’t go there every morning you need more than 20 minute to get out from the traffic

Great location right next to the entrance to the souk. All of the staff was incredible. Friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. The café below was a great place to hang out. The hotel was historic and the decor was very interesting. Overall, it was a nice time there for 3 nights.

Overall, everything was nice. The mattress was a little old, and the refrigerator didn't cool very well. It really didn't make much difference though as we slept well and we went downstairs to the café if we needed a cold drink. Taking our luggage in and out was a little difficult as parking was at a premium, but we managed with help from the staff.

. Location - Perfect, close to everything, just between Medina and commercial area. . Facilities - Clean and stylish.

The personell was kind and helpful. It really made a difference for our stay.The bulding is like a fairytale with its design. The room was spacious. Location is very good.

The coffe. Tasted like instant coffe. No espresso available in the morning.

The location is perfect. It’s next to the Medina right in the heart of Tunis. The hotel decor is beautiful (the tiles are very nice). The staff is very friendly as well. The facilities are clean.

Parking is extremely hard and time consuming. Breakfast can be improved very easily.

Our air conditioning was broken so we had a fan which was fine but might be a problem if hotter weatherExpensive water would advise to buy elsewhere!
