I liked the staff politeness, the room was good value for the price too.

I had to eat the same meals every day for 8 days. They don't have more food options for breakfast. It's the same menu every day. Alternations in the menu can help.Also, we had to pay tax upon leaving the hotel. Which we were not informed of earlier.

Cleaned and nothing else

Very noisy because some work in the floor 5.The self service diner not very good...

The breakfast was very good lot of variety of foods displayed The front desk lady ibtissem was very kind and gave us a king size bed room and arranged a taxi to the airport for us ( merci ibtissem From Tokyo)

It's not my first time in Hotel Pacha, Tunis. That should say enough ;-) Hotel is conveniently located between airport and city center. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Nice shower in the bathroom too. Soap/shampoo is provided. Merci!

The staff is nice It s close to most place you want to visit - close to public transportation also-

The food was not very diverse The smell of smoke everywhere And keep in mind there is a club downstairs and you can hear the noise plus it s close to a main street so that adds additional noise specially in the mornings

I liked most things, staff were welcoming and the room was great. The place was in the middle on the city which some may argue it is not a good place, but in my opinions it is a great location, were you can see what people do and how they spend their everyday life.

Sadly, cleanliness didn't meet our expectations, most things were dusty and needed proper cleaning. The genitor dried the bathroom floor using the towels which we found weird.

You sent me that the amount to be paid is 39 euros, and the hotel asked me for 42 euros, which I paid.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tunis for business stay !

Helpful staff, welcoming, accommodating and comfortable room.

Room clean and staff very professional:At my arrive, I received a plate of fruit for free.

Buffet dinner with rude customers:The staff was too friendly with those customers (women group).

Nestled in a lively area, nice rooms, good breakfast.

Some services need to be updated, but it is still fine.

The staff were nice and so helpful. It’s clean and the food was decent.

I didn’t like that the place looked a bit old. It could use some renovation. And the internet was really bad!!! Like almost there is no WiFi! Talking about the WiFi in the room. And there was no AC. Or you could say it’s a central one that you can’t change. In my case it was supper hot so I couldn’t turn on the cool AC. It was only hot. And when I asked they said we will make it cool by June. Which means the AC is seasonal! I find this inconvenient. So that made my sleeping not comfortable and annoying. My parents are a bit old. They couldn’t sleep at all because of the heat and the humidity! Because of the internet and the AC I’m not sure that will choose the hotel again.

The location is good, the place is beautiful, and the place is clean.

The hotel's restaurant is not beautiful and small and needs more attention. The air conditioning in the room is bad and the furniture is acceptable.

I had an early morning flight so did not have it.

It was agreed with reception to waken me up at a certain time and they did not.

Was very clean , staff was very friendly and kind also parking was available for anytime when you back

The location and rooftop cafe, was excellent.

The shower was mouldy, not clean, the TV did not work, the floor was not clean and the bed had hair on it and under the sheets.

Nothing. Stafford Road sound like there was a nightclub I didn’t sleep well I can hear the music throughout the night bed awful, so are the pillows hard as rock
