It was a very pleasant stay at the Marigold hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area. The hotel also offers free breakfast in the morning hours between 6AM and 10AM. There’s also lunch and dinner offered for a very good price and the quality of the food is better than restaurants in the area. I definitely see myself coming back and I recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Tunis.

Dogs barking in the streets from early evening and all through the night.No arabic coffee served at breakfast or hot milk. Coffee machine serves cappuccino and lattes with sugar.Fried eggs, shakshouka and potatoes were overly greasy daily.Limited news channels on tv.Door to balcony doesn't lock.

The room was large, comfortable, and well-appointed. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The toilet had a paper rap around it, saying its sanitized, when we opened it it was old shit from other guests in the bottom, horrible! Was so discussting! I cant imagine how the rest of the cleaning is done when they bother to put a label on something that is definitely not cleaned after other guests... The front desk man just looked at me like it was nothing, and saied he was gonna try find someone to clean it. After we came back from dinner, nothing was done, and no word of it. I went back down to follow up. The desk man told me there was now people to do it, when I could see at least 3 men working in the hotel present.. I told him it is not complicated, but I am not willing to do that job as a paying guest, and it needed to be fixed. After 30 min a man came up with a bath, looked like he was beeing punished and made a while bunch of noice cleaning. So weard.

The room wasn’t cleaned well when we received it.The fridge is not working.The bed quality is bad , it wasn’t comfortable.The shower water pressure is low.No laundry service available when we asked for it.The breakfast is poor in quantity and quality as well , cottage cheese was bad , it’s wasn’t fresh at all.

The Hotel has good location when it comes to driving/moving to different areas in the capital, it is well centered in between north and south area. Staff is polite and friendly.

Facilities and room service can be improved, not easy to get an iron, baby cot or bottle of water, etc. we had to purchase toilet paper and extra water. some noise every night from what seemed to be party or wedding or casino nearby,

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to the chef who kindly allowed us to have breakfast a bit earlier than usual to accommodate our early flight. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference!
