Cleanness, furniture are old , food is not much

The location was good.

A bit disorganized, old. Lacks in room amenities and basics like water etc.

I stayed here because I had to be at the airport at 3 a.m. I don't think I'd stay here to explore Tunis, as there are better options, but this is perfect for a night near the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Nothing special really.

first of all, the hotel room is filled with mosquitoes the amount of mosquitoes you’ll find in the room are limitless, we got little to no sleep even after taking out a huge chunk of them, secondly the breakfast was terrible if you take a room here you’re better off without the breakfast there was barely anything available, then you’ve got the internet which was also horrible and not up to hotel standards. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even if they were offered a free night at this place.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. We had a very late reservation but they could provide a king bed which was very comfortable.The view was in front of the airport and we enjoyed watching the planes.

The breakfast choice is very limited.

The service during our booking was terrible. They deliberately placed us on the opposite side, away from the main street, and intentionally put us in the same area as the injured Libyan residents staying at the hotel. This is clear bias and a deliberate act. Otherwise, why were our rooms assigned to Block B instead of Block A?This reflects a lack of consideration for attracting valuable customers who might return to the hotel for its high-quality service. Unfortunately, it seems that customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities.

Door keys did not work during our stay, rooms were not as booked distributed to colleagues which led to chaos upon checkin. It stank in the room as the siphon was obviously not working, room not in good condition, a bit shabby.

Reception team obliged me to pay 150 dt as extra whithout any justification, no facture given, i think reception guy give the money to himself , when i asked the facture other guy said its not registered in the system and his collegue will check it later, a lot of dought.Also breakfast is pratically nothing, zero.

I was traveling on Business and the wifi is very weak and cuts off during my zoom meetings. very poor, this is the 2nd time i had problems with wifi at your hotel
