The location is really good, close to many amenities and on a lively street, it's perfect if you have to go to the clinic infront of it. The staff were also top notch, very friendly and respectful. I like to extend my salutations to Mr Alaa and Ms Sewar who work in reception, they were very attentive and understanding of my needs and situation, I will really miss their smile and light hearted nature. Also thanks for the staff and the chef who work every morning on breakfast for our comfort. Also thanks for the cleaning staff, they are doing a great job at keeping everything tidy, especially Jihen who does her job with a smile. And thanks for the staff on the front door, they complete this circle of the attentive and careful nature of the whole hotel.

Loud music from the bar can be heard. My room was on the second floor street view and it didn't disrupt my sleep much especially after getting used to it but they really need to invest in better sound insulation so that I can recommend it easily to other people.

Nice hotel, spacious room. Security when we arrived was very helpful as well as bell hop and front desk.

Breakfast was ok but not that great. Coffee machine did not have coffee so we had to use instant packets. The door man/security when we were leaving was not helpful. I was struggling to get out the door and he sat 3 feet away and just watched.

Really excellent location, so many shops and everything is near. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is big and breakfast was very tasty and variety of options. Tunisian people are really nice. Would definitely recommend.

Location and Bed. The bed and pillows were very comfy’

The hallways smell like feet. The toilet seat cover had some nasty stains.

They fix things pretty fast( but it’s because everything is broken

The biggest problem I have is there is a bar/club at the hotel and they play music very loud every night until like 2-3 AM I could hear it from 1st floor even the club is at 7th floor and you would not be able to sleep AT ALL! Beside that a lot of facility is broken

The room looks older than in the picture, old equipment, no water in the room.The Shisha smell is everywhere in the hotel lobby.In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the 4 stars hotel requirements.

Not five stars, Dirty and very bad smell all over the hotel

Dirty and smelly and I turned out to be 4 stars ..When I booked it was showing that it’s 5 stars but as you can see in the photos attached. It’s only 4 stars … The place is horrible and dirty .. I wouldn’t give it 1 star .. people stay away !

Omar is a great guy and the best asset in your business, the hotel and all staff are very friendly and helpful went above and beyond to make this stay memorable

The area is hilly and the food area has steps

Good value for money. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast included a wide variety of dishes and hot drinks. There are several restaurants and cafés nearby and the airport is a 10mins taxi ride away.The staff was very welcoming. The receptionist upgraded my room to a bigger one when checking in.

The room was nice and big, comfortable.

The breakfast was not really exciting, same food everyday, not much fruit, only white bread, and mostly meat and quite fatty of sweet food. More fruit, vegetables/vegetarian and brown bread would be welcome. Coffee was very strong and only full fat milk offered. The room was smelling of smoke when I first came in. Smoking is allowed and practised everywhere in the hotel which was really inconvenient. The bar and restaurant upstair was just full of people smoking and just no other place for non smokers. The cleaning team threw away a personal item, it was not a bad intention but a little bit careless.

I arrived midnight I saw reciption lounge was dark they shut off the lights. I can’t sleep because of music sounds which are at the roof

It s an amazing place. The rooms are super comfy, well equipped and the hotel is very close to all u need. One very special thanks and a very big smile for Younes, he was super friendly, very helpful and professional. He was the nicest. Another pleasant surprise was the 7 eme (the restaurant bar in the 7th floor) great view and the cherry on the top was the amazing delicious food made by the best chef ever “Mounir”. His food made my day. And of course the cherry on the top was nawfel. He was super friendly and helpful. He knows what to and what to say at the right time. Love the guy great vibe. This whole building is worth the try, if u ever visit tunis .. it s a must to visit this hotel.. thank you to all the lovely staff in here
