The staff very helpful especially houssam

Very very big room and very cold ! It was freezing inside the room even that I was upgraded to more comfortable room but I was crazy cold ! They added the volume of heat but still cold as the windows don’t close completely. I almost cried from cold !

Comfortable bed and very polite staff.

Property need renovation and seems to be 3 star hotel.If you stay there you need car.

There were horrible dog noise close by. Impossible to sleep. But they tried to find a room in the house in other direction which helped a little. Breakfast so lala. Worst coffee i had in my life and visiting 70 countries .

The suite was perfect and very spacious. The facilities, restaurant, etc. were great.

It wasn’t very clean. Also they made us wait a long time at check out time even though we were in hurry to go to the airport. They made a mistake in payment and made us pay twice (once at check in and once at check out). Convincing them about the mistake and paying us back the money took a long time.

It wasn’t excited stay as it was last time .

Bathrooms are small. Even though you make request for the room towards pool still they did not accommodate. This time breakfast wasn’t good as last time when stayed. They used to have big reception area now it’s too small.

Room was very clean and huge, Staff very kind. Location is good, lots of restaurants, and.taxis available.

Some of the attractive items of the hotel are not real.. there was a very nice Spa shower in the room, but the door was broken and wouldn't close fully, plus the water wouldn't get drained properly (as well as in the sinks)Terrace with no chair or table, the outdoor pools were closed (in July at 40 degrees)... breakfast wasn't the best for a 5 stars.

The only negative point I can find is that the kitchen, which was very good, does not have any utensils.

The Hotel is simply great amazing, the stuff are nice and understanding from the doorman to the director of reception who is very attentive to our confort and wellbeing. It was a great experience. Strongly recommended it.
