The location was very good, but , other services are not available.The reception, bags handling and others are not good

I liked the location. The Tunis heritages and the old Mosques were very enjoyable .

The location is decent and bed was comfortable. Reasonably clean.

Nightclub downstairs very noisy, earplugs definitely necessary. "Included" breakfast means someone goes to buy you a coffee and croissant. Room was really big, but cold white and more formal than comfortable.

After reading the reviews, we were hesitating, but still chose the hotel because of the location in the city centre. We knew about the club noises and it was not a problem for us. On the other hand, it's a good opportunity to enjoy some drinks and nightlife in Tunis. The rooms were clean and comfortable, had heating. The shower and toilet were ok. As written, the wifi was only available in the lobby.The location is superb, medina is just a few hundred meters away.Breakfast was simple as expected, but delicious and was a good start for the day.

The music was quite loud in the evening.Although booking was confirmed with credit card, they requested prepayment at some strange bank account. We ignored it and went straight to hotel.

Room was big and location was good,

Breakfast was poor. A pastry and a little yogurt. No option for tea. The dining hall itself was ugly.

The room was spacious. There was a extra sitting corner.

Very noisy until midnight because of the discobar downstairs. And very poor abd chaotic breakfast. They did not have enough food on the place, they had to go to the shop next to the hotel.

Breakast is fair, though construction works are making it rather as if served in a workshop

very bad hotel. service is 0/100. the room was very dirty. doesn’t lock. it does it even have a towel or soap or shampoo. the toilet is disgusting.

everything. nothing was normal or average. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid with my card but the person forced me to pay again with cash (he knew I will dispute the payment because of the bad service).

The room was very good and the receptionist was a very nice person.

The location is perfect. The stuff was great. The room was clean and very big and comfortable. The price is worth it too.

For my opinion nothing is wrong with the hotel. But I believe for some people can sounds noisy. Because there is music playing till late.

Very noisy hotel - no double glazing and a night club attached to the hotel boomed until 1 am making sleep difficult . The Wi Fi in my room did not work and the breakfast was poor. Overall a poor experience

Please delete this hotel from your esteemed website. An ugly hotel that does not fit your esteemed website.

This hotel is very dirty and does not work even for animals. Very dirty bed and dirty bed sheet. And the bathroom has water on the floor, broken and very old. The soap is very old and expired. Screams and noises fill the corridors. Please write off this dirty hotel.

I don’t advice any one to book this rubbish hotel nothing worth very noisy they mentioned in booking they are a WiFi and breakfast we didn’t get any any thing from that very poor service need to be take it off from booking

The location is just perfect! The room is huge and very helpful staff. I don’t really understand all the negative reviews.. Also, the funky bar with really cool guys working there is very handy to have around:)
