Back for a shorter stay at the Fourati, and had another truly exceptional visit! Stunning suite, very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. But what makes the Fourati truly exceptional are their staff members! Ones at Reception was incredibly helpful with scheduling, and was able to answer all of our hotel and local questions. I don't think we have ever met a more pleasant and lovely person in Reception! Rafik, our head water, in the Fourati's restaurant was also amazingly helpful, and made each of our dinners more special than the last! We will miss everyone at the Fourati, but Ones and Rafik especially! Thank you so much! We are very much looking forward to returning!

Nothing to do with the hotel but the location for me wasn’t the best.

This was truly the perfect hotel! Our suite was amazing -- comfortable, well laid out and thoughtfully furnished. But it was the work of all the staff members who really make the difference. Everyone -- from Mohammad at Security who always found a place for us to park the car, to the beautiful young lady at reception who greeted us so kindly and took care of us so efficiently, to Raitif in the dining room who helped us each evening -- who made us feel so comfortable, we did not want to leave! Definitely look forward to returning in future! Thank you so very, very much!

Lovely room, comfortable bed, wonderdul shower and great staff. It was perfect for us.

For some reason, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom except the one only for shavers.

We stayed here only for one night. At the reception Ramzi welcomed us with an excellent service and quickly processed all the details to give us a room. Once in the room, he gave us a call to check that we were happy with the room and all was working well. He even sent over some fresh fruit to enjoy.We even got a little gift before departure. This hotel is a little gem in the middle of the city, the personnel is superb and the room are modern and lovely. Strongly recommend!

Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.

There was not one aspect of the hotel that did not meet expectation.

Excellent value!I usually stay in the Medina but decided this time to see a different facet of Tunis life. Delightful,authentic local experience.Walkable neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. 10-15 minutes to airport.Hotel arranged my trip to Dougga ,and another to airport. Hotel restaurant,open all day,serves healthy and delicious meals.

Bar serves a good variety of food and tapas but needs better ventilation if people are smoking.

This is so far my favorite Downtown hotel in Tunis. I can't think of anything negative about the reception at the parking, help with luggage, warm welcome at the reception desk, to the great breakfast and the farewell with small gifts. highly recommenmded mid-priced hotel in Tunis. The location is great and the area has some good restaurants.

Extremely kind and helpfull staff! Starting with the guardian and ending with the cleaning women all were very kind! Special thanks for the young man on the reception who guided me how to get out from Tunis with the rented car! Sorry that I did not remember his name.
