Hotel employee was extremely helpful the night we checked in and the next morning when we left. He spoke English well enough to understand our needs and was a very nice man.

The shower water pressure was very low, the pillows were not clean, the room amenities were old, the towels were very old.

Staff are good.

No drinking water provided in the room. TV with no English news channels or sports channels.

Very clean with nice stuff location was good in the city scale, but the Neighbourhood was not very rich in terms of amen

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Seham, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable.

However, the room did not have an iron, which would have been a useful addition.

All staff were excellent. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I also very appreciated the A/C in the room being functional and adjustable. Many hotels limit the temperature after a certain time of year. Please never do this!

Two things.....1. seats and tables outside in the pool/bar area are terrible and need to be replaced. 2. Pricing for dinner is becoming outlandish. Perhaps going to a standard non-buffet style arrangement would be better.

The place is very clean, and well taken care of,, the reception staff are kind,,, available and helpful, the place overall quiet and calm.

The location was not good and far from everywhere. And one other thing ;at the second day I want the bottle of water but they said only one bottle for 3 days is free and you have to pay for other days

The rooms are quite nice, modern, relatively new. Good value for the price paid. There is an Italian Restaurant on Level 1, I had the Spaghetti Bolognaise and believe me, it is World Class. The best I have ever had. And don't hesitate to try the local Tunisian Red Wine. Really nice. A nice surprise.

It's your typical Tunisian service. It's not a customer service priority. But I have found this to be true in Tunisia generally, they are just not a customer focussed culture, Wi-Fi need to be updated to 21st century speeds, very slow

Reception staff "Riyad and Reda" are very polite.

The bed mattress may need replacing.

The breakfast was up to standard,and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Mr.Mounir who helped with making sure our luggages were taken care of,even though we arrived prior our checking time.would definitely stay here on my next visit.

Unifying the prices for Breakfast/lunch & dinner.

Super friendly staff starting from security to the bell boy and the receptionists staff. They were genuinely kind. Big rooms in the middle of the city near all landmarks. I’ll definitely come back again for the staff’s kindness

-Very nice hotel room-very big and comfortable room-staff very friendly-since i had business in close by it was good-the outside restaurant is nice(nice vibes and cool place to chill at night)

-the hotel needs immediate renovation specially the restaurant where the open buffet is-restaurant of the hotel was not good either(i had pizza and was bad)-if your coming on holiday and want to see tunisia's beauty its not a suitable hotel for you.the location is functional if you have business there specially in tunis not for tourists who want to go outside and enjoy their night

The beds are not very comfortable

Check in and out were fast. Breakfast is good, coffee is excellent. Prices are competitive.

Some of the outdoor furniture is very dated and not very comfortable. Change menu occasionally.

Location is great good value for the price.

There should be reserved parking for people staying in the hotel. The current space is taken by the other establishment in the building complex.

The staff were super friendly, spotless clean, and the atmosphere was nice.

The room was quiet and also had a good view to the next park. Staff were helpful but they couldn't understand English well.

Breakfast needs to be improved.
