Kyriad Prestige City Center Tunis

Really new. Just opened within the past year (2025). If you have a room in the front, you have a beautiful view of the mosque across the street. Great at sunset. Breakfast is pretty good. One or 2 more hot food options would be good. Good pricing.

Probably should not have opened if not all the facilities advertised were ready (such as the fitness center. It's also about a 15 minute walk to Ave Habib Bourguiba where most of the activity is, but good if you like to see a little more local life.

Great hotel - very modern. Decent restaurant on site. Rooms very modern and comfortable.

Breakfast was just ok - nice to have freshly prepared eggs, but the rest a bit so-so. Area around the hotel ok, but nothing great.

Had a great stay, the hotel is very central, (important to note however that the enter may not be the best area to stay), the staff were the highlight of my stay, super welcoming, helpful, and always a delight to interact with!

Location, cleanliness and breakfast

Hotel had very few guess. We did not notice much traffic. But when we extended our stay, they raised the price and excluded breakfast.Also front desk lady very unfriendly and never smiled.

It was a new hotel, and you get what you pay for. Staff were helpful.

Location is ok, but there is nothing really around, no good restaurants or shops.

New hotels and furniture

All the employees lacking the skills and experience except Mr Kareem the receptionist the only experienced personGenerally was bad experience

Everything, very new. Well facilitated!! The receptionist (Haida??) was truly wonderful, so helpful!!!

Very small detail. All of these facilities and amenities and the only thing I needed wasn’t there which was shaving foam ? also there is nowhere in the show room to put your own things. Apart from that, 10/10

An excellent experience in all aspects compared to all the hotels I visited in Tunisia.First impression: All the staff were respectful, friendly, and helpful. I especially thank Hadeel Al-Arfawi, who was energetic, polite, and initiative personality to solve problems.A delicious citronade was served as a welcome drink.The room was very comfortable, very clean, and quiet.The internet was excellent.The location was strategic.I extended my stay.

The location is perfect, not far from the airport and city center where we could explore the city in walking distance. The rooms very clean and comfortable

Right in the heart of the city. People were extremely friendly. Room very clean and comofortable.

The staff, especially Concierges Hadil and Merium were especially helpful. Also the table and cleaning personnel were pleasant and cordial.

We had a wounderful stay at kyriad prestige hotel.The hotel was newly built and very clean. Staff were really helpful especially Madam Meriam Medhi who helped us a lot with her kindness and grace.She put a lot of effort to reserve a table for us in the busy and famous dar eljeld resturant and it is actually really hard to reserve a table there. We had a fabulous dinner in that resturant. We definitely advise this hotel to visitors who seek a comfortable and nice stay in a central and accessible location in tunis.

We came to the Kyriad Hotel after a long, tiring day of traveling. (That included loss of a device on the plane.) The room was so lovely: spacious, immaculate and peaceful. We rebounded after a great rainfall shower, snuggly robe and an herbal tea. The hospitality staff, especially Hadil, helped us to track down the airline lost-and-found contact and also, a driver who took us, reasonably, on to Monastir. Good, early and abundant breakfast, cordial and efficient staff, throughout.
