Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Tunis

The room space and the breakfast.

The tv. Wasn’t working

The first welcome by Reddah who was at the reception night shift ,( we arrived late ) he was of great service and hospitality.

The location was excellent! Close to the major routes and the main streets of Tunis! The Junior suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Very beautiful and spacious! The room service and breakfast provided were top notch!!

The pool area was not up to luxurious resort standards, from my experience and personal opinion, but it was adequate. It is located beside the main restaurant, so if you’re sunbathing, it may not be the atmosphere you are looking for.

Cleanliness and Location

Breakfast rates are very high

The rooms were huge and spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The housekeeping sometimes left coffee but no milk or milk but no coffee. One day the room would have hand lotion but no conditioner. Another day the room would have conditioner but no hand lotion. They need to be more consistent. It would be great if some of the staff spoke English better.

Nothing starting from the entrance and the reception

Bad staff, bad management, bad system

Amazing staff (very helpful)Great location Spacious and comfortable rooms

I booked a lake view room and they gave me swimming pool view and when I asked they said there is no lake in the city an

Excellent experience Location is the best for airport and downtown

The executive lounge was noisy with music in the restaurant next to the lounge

Everything

Got married the same day as the booking and the staff was so nice to arrange a bigger room than what we have booked, as well decorating the room for us as newly married couple, giving us extra advantages. Thank you so much for the exceptional experience!!

This is a modern building by helpful staff and good facilities. It has outdoor and indoor swimming pool and also gym next to each other.

There was a party until midnight at the restaurant near my room.
