Relatively small rooms

The hotel is in a convenient location for moving to other places in Tunisia. The staff is nice and helpful, rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

The price is very high comparing to other hotels. If I was traveling on my own I would look for more affordable option.

Good location, enough space in the room and a nice Skybar with a beautiful view. Wahib always welcomed us in a warm and professional way.

As usual the staff were over friendly and accommodating , the breakfast was amazing and I checked in and out in record time ✔️

I did not like everythingThe breakfast was so poor. The food was so bad in terms of quality and quantity.

Roof top pool and lounge area v nice Rooms were basic but comfortable Wifi was goodStaff were friendly

Breakfast was not geared for Europeans Coffee was poor No real juices No omelette , toast etc etc

the boulevard in front of the hotel is very busy and the hotel is not well soundproofed, so it's very noisy in the room.

The staff are friendly and very welcoming, location is nearby the downtown 5 minutes walking distance to all locations and markets.

room design was weird, The toilet is separated from the bathroom and basin and you need to walk out to a different door in order to wash your hands, Air condition is very loud even on the lowest settings.

Nothing , the worst Novotel i ve been in !

The escalator was broken down , the commodities were not available, low quality for breakfast …

Quality and variety of food for Breakfast, use of plastic cups and plates, seeing people wasting so much food

Good hotel with nice staff - Good breakfast Clean rooms and air conditioning working perfectly what was highly apreciated with so high temperatures

It was extremely warm and we would have enjoyed in that so warm period to be able to be longer time at swimming pool to reallyt refresh - Closing very early 18:00 is far too early with temperatures over 45 degrees ! I also feeled that prices have increased a lot since my last stay. Good breakfast but not enought fruits (watermelon, melon , figs etc.. would have been apreciated)

The cleaner particularly was amazing on floor 7 (under the roof top). She was so helpful. I hope she has a pay rise and promotion

The room i have has a broken shower mixer valve. The beds were not fixed properly.

very convenient, I have been staying at the Novotel, every time I go to Tunis since 2013 I like also their menu - good food

The staff of the hotel went far and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I`ve been upgraded to an executive room free of charge and had a late check out free of charge, which was very welcomed considering my delayed flight. Breakfast options were slightly limited. The rooftop terrace is very nice.

I still haven`t receive my invoice via email, as requested several times. Readdressed same request even on the Accor email, yet no reply until Today.In terms of value for money, I find this hotel way too expensive.

Service

Close to the center which is quite important because transport for 5 people is not easy in Tunis. Great swimming pool with amazing views - very good to relax at the end of the day. Good breakfast.

Restaurant staff weren't very nice. Everything seemed annoying for them
