Very convenient location and clean.

I was really disappointed with their money exchange service. They advertise currency exchange as a 24/7 service, but in reality it’s anything *but* that. Every time I went to exchange money, they never had enough cash available. After 11 a.m., it became almost impossible to exchange anything at all.What made it even more frustrating was that the concierge himself asked if my exchange was urgent and suggested I only convert a tiny amount so they’d have something left for other guests. That’s not how a proper 24-hour service is supposed to work.If the hotel can’t maintain enough funds to actually provide currency exchange, then they shouldn’t offer it—or at the very least, they shouldn’t advertise it as a round-the-clock service. It was incredibly inconvenient and left a negative impression on my stay.

It is a decent hotel, close to the airport, if you need to stay in that part of the city. Rooms are quite large. The breakfast selection is good too.

The price is very high, that's why I decreased most of my ratings. For 250€ per night everything must be perfect. Not a grain of dust on the floor. The shower compartment must not leak (and flood the bath room). The arm of the shaving mirror should not be half broken etc. I know, some hotels do not have shaving mirrors at all, but look again at the price.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean and it was impossible to relax due to constant noise. The bathroom had a serious issue, leaking water everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, the reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. There are no real services provided, and overall I do not recommend this hotel.

Recent property, very convenient for overnight in Tunis as it is very close to the airport. It was quite clean, staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was good.

The staff were quick and professional - check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a large, cosy bed and access to fast Wi-Fi.

Very good hotel, however needs some improvement, mainly reception staff.Restaurant is good, but water should be free for buffet

Some of desk employees are not nice, there is a guy who does not smile.The room was very cold, air conditioner doesn’t stop.Regarding restaurant buffet, there is no water, and if you want glace of water you should pay a bottle 8 TND, really it is crazy thing !!

Main lobby very nice, generally clean, spacious bedroom. Staff at check in/check out was very nice. She deeply apologized for our inconveniences.

Room had a shower glass box leaking tremendously, after one shower the entire bathroom floor and part of the bedroom were flooded. I called the reception and expected a room change but only after many calls we finally got only the maid to dry up the flood.Buffet lunch is too expensive compared to what is offered ( we paid a bit more then 25€ each beverage included) and food quality is average, I don't recommend it. It was my girlfriend birthday so as a gentle gesture the hotel offered her a surprise birthday cake that for some reason was delivered as room service without any notice at 11 pm, waking us up after an insistent and loud door knocking. I had to call few times the reception to stop it. No comment, certainly not a 5 star behavior.

an employee knoking at my room's door at 9.30 AM asking when I am going to leave, while checkout is at 12. also the delay in cleaning the tables after breakfast and not finding where to sit (the clean tables were reserved to a soccer team, and that was half of the restaurent tables)

perfect Hotel... inside elegant and very clean all the staff is very friendly and the food is tasty!!! Rom is very comfortable and in the Hotel you find a very nice Gym. The position is strategic because it's close to the Airpot.

Excellent location with clean place

The restaurant is really below expectation. Some waitresses are also not friendly. Spa and sports facilities are marked available in fact it is not.

It is clean and calm...The breakfast is great, with various options. The staff were friendly...The hotel is close to the airport. Wifi is excellent and free.

The price is too high, perhaps because many events are organized there, so participants find it convenient to stay there, especially since most are funded by their companies/organizations. This is not suitable for travelers who pay by themselves.While the location is a bit distant from the city center and stations, it's reassuringly close to the airport. This means you'll need to rely on taxis or have a car for local travel. It is difficult to get a taxi unless you have an application called "Bolt."

Excellent breakfast and superb staff. Very comfortable and large rooms. Good location for the airport and easy to park in the street nearby.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Fully equipped. 5min away from the airport. Breakfast was top quality with foods adapted to all origins. Staff was welcoming.
