The staff were welcoming and courteous. The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering great value for money. Conveniently located near the airport, downtown, Sidi Bou Said, and La Marsa, it's also easy to hail a cab from there—a definite plus!
The hotel seems overdue for an update and lacks modern amenities. The Wi-Fi was notably weak, working only near the room's door. The surrounding area isn't upscale either. While it's reasonably priced, I had hoped for a better experience.
Was very noisy ,there was a wedding in the hotel hall and the garden also were football team players made noise until early morning, I couldn’t sleep well as well as my child.

Passable
No elevator, we had to bring suitcases up to second floor by ourselves. We asked them to book a taxi to the airport (which cost us on the way in 6 dinars) and they charged us 40. They said they couldn't book a "yellow" cab, but this was exactly what they booked. And the taxi left us outside the airport, we had to walk through the parking lot. No coffee/tea maker in the room (we had that in other hotels in Tunisia which were cheaper)
everything in the property was excellent clean staff food location price
all was excellent
Facilities were nice, staff were patient and helpful. Every employee I spoke with understood Fusha, Tunisian Arabic, or French, and some also knew English. Linguistically diverse but doable!
The Wi-Fi strength could have been better and the options in the restaurant and cafe were a little small for me, but worked well enough to snack.
The personnel. The bed. The shower.
The breakfast, very bad. The food at the restaurant, fair.
surprisingly the food was delicious...
needs refurbishment...very old furniture....no small fridge in the room ...on hot weather...
Breakfast buffet was very good but opened an hour late every morning, fruit juice was powered and terrible.
Front desk staff were all thieves, I had to count my fingers every time one of them touched me!
