The location

The room space is extremely small, not enough space for a single guest, not double. It is not recommended for long stays with alot of packages.

-The recieption staff-The housekeeping staff-The breakfast-Also the lady with scarf that prepares the omelets, very professional and handles every client/customer with care. -Clean and tidy

-Despite the air-conditioner is switched off, there is a fan on top of the door keeps blowing cold air in.-Also there was no mini fridge inside the room nor provided upon request, i had a medication needs to be in a constant cold place, but the receptionist kept it in the reception fridge. Despite the fact that ibis sfax provides mini fridges.-There is no electric kettle to warm water and prepare coffee in the room.- water bottles provided not as number of visitors, in my case two guests and only one bottle provided.

A/C Impossible to regulate, default setting from property, dont stay in spring!

The facility was miserable, as my trip was in April and the weather in April in Tunis have already became warm, and since the air conditioning units in the hotel are central and in the opinion of the hotel it’s still spring therefore the conditioning units can only be operated as heaters and not to cool the air! Even after contacting the management of the hotel, they advised me that there was nothing they could do to help and I could open the window if I wanted, so I went ahead and opened the window only to have the whole red light of the hotel sign reflected into my room by the outward opening window, which made it almost impossible to sleep

Room placement, bathroom cleanliness.

Beds are not clean enough. 1 thin layer sheet for pillows and bed sheets are not enough. Towels are too old and do not give comfort. Breakfast and kitchen of Novotel is not clean enugh. Serving desks are not well organised. Sometimes in the evenings you could not find a staff to order water or something.

They are scammer although they get the payment while we were check out the reception said you have to pay again because I cannot see it in my systems and then we show them the papers that they gave us proof of paid and they said it's not enough they have to approve it from their system so without paying no way to leave the hotel and they call the security people it was really terrible .we all stayed one more night and the day after the accountant manager come and said sorry you are right as a compliment the extra night that we stayed will be cheaper than normal can you believe that they hostage us and say no worries we will make a discount of 20%. So maybe once you see the topic above you may think another spoiled customer but really, we are not and this is what happened

We are 5 friends, i booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but they said u need one more room, so book one more, and the girl who booked a room for me she said, you have only 2 person Breakfast free other you booked in Booking.com is not free, you have to pay, i said ok. 1st morning, we 5 people done breakfast, there was a man who asked me 2 people are free, 3 people you have to pay, and i paid them, 2nd morning i went only 2 people's for free and othe done out side, and when went to reception for check out, the boy, who speek vary rude with me, he asked me you have 4 people's Breakfast to pay, i was shocked ?, they was speeking very rude with me plz double check, i have 503, 522, 524 rooms and 522 have free breakfast, he keep laughing at me and siand you have to pay 4 breakfast, so i oaid and check out, bad experiences ?

The location was good, especially if you’re renting a car or traveling, almost all the places are nearby.

I liked the location but at the same time I didn’t like it, if you go outside during the night especially you’d feel yourself unsafe, it’s a bit dark outside and a bit empty.For the cleanness of the rooms and the breakfast I think they can do better!!

There was many mosquitoes in the room and the window was broken and it was cold

Location the location was very good. The woman in the furniture also good but the surface wasn’t that good compared to the value

I didn’t get any attention and I didn’t get anyone to help me with my luggage so I stuck in the door no no one help me and also one of the waitress at the restaurant try to get more money from me
