While the stay had its positives, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms during sleep hours made it difficult to rest. Cleanliness also needs improvement — I found an unusual amount of hair on the floors, shelves, and in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a small gap between the tiles and the bathtub where I noticed a cockroach appearing. Water was dripping from the air conditioning vent, and the Wi-Fi connection was only stable in one specific corner near the seating area.

Reception team are understanding however they don’t have much in hand to do. Hotel actually looks good.

Wi-Fi was not working throw out my stay. Like seriously ?. Ac is not working my room was so so hot and I can not sleep when I am feeling hot. There were a fan in my room: broken. Got changed with another one but the stand is not even so it can not stand properly. Third fan was worse than the second one so I choosed to stay with the second one. Did not really use it bcz I hate noise. I can not sleep with the noise. There were two windows in my room; only one I can open it. There were a breeze coming from the window bcz the weather outside was nice but again a lot of noise bcz of the bar down stairs. I really hated my stay there a lot.

Mattress was a bit hard for me.

It was an amazing place, close to downtown and Moncef Bey Station to take a Louage (Mini-Bus) to another city. Staff were very helpful, Breakfust was Superb. Clean Room and nice room service, Spaceous room.

Nothing, perhaps what I have is just personal, which does not relate.

The location was good, breakfast was moderate level but repetitive, safe was a great addition.

Bad odour when I checked in which smells like vomiting, they sprayed it with air refreshment,, no air conditioning.

Staff at the hotel was so kind and cooperating. Basically, anything you need to make your trip good they were there. Whatever one needs and asks them for they managed to do. Even things they are not supposed to based on job description they happily did it. If your flight is very late (ours was at 0150) we were allowed to leave luggage there till midnight. English is not their native but they do everything to make conversation goes smoothly and to avoid any potential misunderstanding.

It's not that I didn't like but rather didn't understand why windows are locked? I guess security reasosn.

The breakfast room staff were amazing, the food was great and they did great job. The hotel is in the quiet part of the city and was very convenient to the clock tower.

There was a smell in the bathroom and when we arrived we were asked to wait until the room is ready even though we arrived at 3pm and normally the check in was at 2pm

The hotel is super modern and clean. The staff are helpful and smiling. They clean the room everyday. The breakfast is tasty with different options. The reception offered us juice since we came. They also helped us in bringing out luggage.

The hotel does not have a parking place you have to pay for the parking next to the hotel. Also the access to the hotel was complicated using Google maps. The Ministry of interior is located close by so most of the streets can't be accessed by car.

I had a wonderful stay at Golf Royal Hotel in Tunisia. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to the incredibly kind and professional kitchen staff every meal was delicious and served with a smile, which made the experience feel like home. I would also like to give heartfelt thanks to the receptionists Khalid and Hafid for their warm welcome, helpful attitude, and constant availability. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tunis!

Location

The staff were very kind and helpful, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The overall atmosphere was chill and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional, but it did the job.
