Curtains are not good enough ( torn ) and some door locks are broken.Carpet needs to be cleaned .

This is not my first time and as my previous stays this one was just as perfect This time was exceptionally special thanks to madam Amina, she ensured our stay was more than comfortable, took care of the smallest details I arrived early and requested if I can have an early check in. She ensured my room was ready I checked in as soon as I arrived Nothing that I requested no matter what did she not try to facilitate, even as I checked out my flight changed multiple time and she was supportive all the way. She really takes care of the hotel residents.If you are ever here make sure you ask for Amina I am sure she will make your stay comfortable and smoothAnother special thanks to the amazing reception team especially Baya and Hussam they were always happy to support with a huge smile The security team at the door, recognising residents and giving us a treatment each feeling special The housekeeping ladies, especially Mouna who still remembered us from my first stay and would always come to greet us and check if all was good The lovely chef and the delicious breakfast he makes Simpally amazing

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The reception staff were extremely unprofessional. I arrived late at night and paid for my 7-night stay using a credit card. I received both the payment receipt and confirmation through my bank’s mobile app. However, the next morning, I was woken up by a phone call from reception asking me to pay again. I told them the payment had already been made and asked them to wait 24 hours until the payment could be confirmed by my bank, which is international and not local, but they didn’t believe me.I went down to reception and explained the situation, showing them proof of payment, and the invoice confirmation issued by the receptionist Hotel in the check in but they insisted it hadn’t gone through. A few hours later, they confirmed the payment had been received. This was extremely frustrating, as they didn’t trust my word or the evidence I provided.On the second day, while I was in the room with my family, a cleaner entered without knocking, using her own key — a serious violation of our privacy. In the restaurant, the staff were pressuring us to choose specific breakfast items and didn’t allow me and my wife to choose peacefully. I asked for a fork, and the waiter gave me a dirty, unwashed one. When I complained, he didn’t seem to care.The room was also very hot. I asked for a solution, but nothing was done. I had to take cold showers every night just to cool down and sleep.There were also other issues that I prefer not to mention as they are personal, but they caused me great discomfort.Overall, the stay was unpleasant and disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel at all.

my name is Anwar and It was great stay for me staff was great very kind and helpful they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and welcomed in the hotel this was my first visit to Tunisia never expected this but this country and people are very nice I stayed in France one day and I hated the place people are mean and angry hotels are so disgusting and small compared to what I experience in Tunisia great job keep up good work Selma,Baya and Bassem thank you for everything and I hope to see you guys again someday.

Only thing I didn't like was the door that my room had the lock was broken and it would get stock at times other than that every was great

The staff are very kind and also very professionalNothing was missed but they also had a personal touch with each request and to every guest A special thank you to Madam Salma she takes every single detail with care and spares no effort in the comfort of guests!! Madam Amina is also very kind and ensures the complete comfort of guests and is very diligent to details The entire staff are kind with a great smile The food was great!! A huge variety! The coffee was very lovely ? The view is just something else

Somethings need to be renewed such as the carpets that look old and dirty.

The Hotel location is very quit and coffee shops are near by ..shops etc ..sea view is very nice ..The Hotel staff are very kind and helpful ...I am sure i will visit next time

The building is very old, the rooms are not good, and the ventilation system in the corridors is very inappropriate.

Very kind employees, check in was great. Baya at reception was super friendly and provided us with lac view upgrade. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful view of the lac.

Stairs at the hotel entrance were difficult for my elderly parents. There was no ‘qibla’ sticker in the hotel room to indicate prayer direction.

The staff, the neighbourhood, the location. The room was very good, very clean and spacious. I recommend the Deluxe double room.

The location is great being in the mid crowded comfortable areaAnd the staff were very friendly,welcoming,helpful and kind Also the view on the lake was beautiful And the rooms were clean and comfortable having good space and bathrooms with new style decorations So overall was a comfortable and beautiful experience And don’t mind getting back again Also one of the things that I noticed and in my opinion was a very unique thing that makes it easier and comfortable to stay is that in rooms there was provided with an electronic buttons beside every room doors For cleaning/ no disturbing Rather then having a piece of paper that hangs on the door handles which most of other hotels i had been had

The chef himself actually comes to your table to ask you if you need anything and suggest certain food to try Housekeeper, do not recall her name I was in room 126

I wish I visited in the month of May June temperature was high to be able to walk out daytimeObviouslt nothing to do with hotel
