Cons -
- Very poor experience with the reception staff. We were refused check-in at 11 p.m. the night before our flight, under the pretext that we did not have a marriage certificate, and were instead offered two separate rooms. This was extremely disappointing. Unacceptable service and attitude.I will never recommend this hotel.
- I was in room 201 with no Internet,, the wifi was unreachable, The doorman at the lounge has no maners,, i arrived very late to the hotel i did a late check in and when i asked for a late check out they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for an extra 4 hours as my flight the next day was late. The door of the shower was broken
- The hotel had a party on the thursday night. No warning. Went on until after 1:30, very very noisy. I got back from my conference, and complained about the noise. They refused to do anything about it, and made me move rooms at 1:00am.

The friendly staffSpecial thanks for mr. Mohamed at the front desk And the lady which do my check in They are all great
The pillow was high not comfort for sleeping.
Very good location; very friendly staff; tasty food in the restaurant; punctual shuttle to the airport.
A little bit inconvinient bed. Not enough light in the room.
The hospitality of lady at the front reception and others .
Nice location and nice staff.
staff, location
old furniture, sticky wooden furniture/tables/closets.
Really friendly staff, amenities. Breakfast was lovely.
Even though the hotel is really well kept it’s a little old. My room was comfortable, but the aircon wasn’t working as intended as I couldn’t get it to be really cold (even setting it to below 15) and cabinets were kind of coming off hinges. Compared to other hotels I stayed in though - this was still good value for money especially the rate I got through booking.com
The cleanness of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was disastrous, it was clearly leftover from the previous night. The breakfast lacked variety, the bread and pastries were not fresh
Decent price. WiFi works. Staff are nice.
AC does not work despite it being mid-April. Room was dusty.Dated furniture and poor upkeep. Not a 5 star hotel. Expect 3/4 star quality at best. There are modern 4 star hotels with better quality in Tunis.
Do not recommend
Breakfast was very poor, rooms are old fashioned decorated and old furniture. The bathroom need to be renovated.
My room was extremely good. Amazing bed and bathroom with all the accessories. A nice balcony with a great view .
Breakfast was very poor for a 5* Hotel.I went to lots of hotels and this was very poor in quantity and quality .Bread was hard and not soft, and one day, even the scrambled eggs were to liquid with no taste.
Location and breakfast were good
wifi in room
Good location and easy to walk to cute cafes and bistros in the areas. Great location for downtown, the zoo and the Menzah areas. The property is a bit old, but well kept. The rooms are large (we had a junior suite) and bathrooms sizeable and good standard. The staff were very friendly.
Carpets in the rooms should be changed, they showed age and use. The wifi was non functional most of the time. Getting a local SIM card with internet credit is well worth it! The first 48 hours of our stay they had my husband mixed up with a man living two rooms down from ours, resulting in confusing room service bills, calls to our room and confusion at breakfast. It was sorted in the end, but did provide some headaches.
It isn’t really the hotel’s fault. I’m not used to excessive heat. It was super hot in our room and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work. I’d already had a long day so not being able to sleep because I was hot made me miserable.
The hotel is does look bit old from inside and it can’t be 5 star hotel . Is 3 star basic. The hotel need new revelations.the staff they are very good and good service. But hotel is not even in the location for 5 star at all
Old building from inside it need lots of renewal of the building from inside .
The service was incredible! Everyone in the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My family and I didn't speak Arabic or French, but everyone in the restaurant, hotel, and pool area went out of their way to find understand or find someone who understood us.There are quite a few cafes and shops nearby that are walkable, although we went in the Summer so it was quite hot.
The floor of our room was not very clean. The room has tile floors and while they looked clean, when I took my shoes and socks off, I was stepping on a lot of dust and debris.
Great rooms
Restaurant is quite frankly bad. Poor choice of snacks, supermarket pizza’s, tapas. Expensive drinks.
