- There wasnt drinking water when I asked for some, I was told to buy it from the shop!
- The hotel was conveniently located for the last night of our trip, offering easy access to both the Medina and the airport, making our departure stress-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable setup that allowed us to relax before our journey home. Breakfast had a decent selection of optionsnothing extraordinary, but considering that we were there during Ramadan, the effort put into providing a varied and satisfying meal was truly commendable. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay with a good balance of comfort and convenience.
Cons -
- Our initial face-to-face interaction with the concierge was a bit rough due to a misunderstanding, and unfortunately, their attitude came across as quite unfriendly. However, with some effort on our part, we were able to smooth things over, and the situation improved. Another disappointment was that no free parking spots were available upon our arrival, even though parking had been promised during booking. This was inconvenient, as we had specifically chosen the hotel with parking in mind. Additionally, the TV offered only 10 channels, all exclusively in Arabic, which limited entertainment options for non-Arabic speakers.
