    • The staff !!!
    • The hotel is beautiful, very well organized and in a quiet area, surrounded by trees and gardens. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable, pleasant to stay in!Beautiful and big swimming pool! We enjoyed it after spending some time walking in the city and it was so relaxing and refreshing! There was a menu to choose from for breakfast and everything was delicious! The staff was very attentive, helpful and welcoming. They responded promptly to my messages before my arrival and organized the taxi to pick us up at the airport. We also hired a driver to take us to the temples with the hotel. He’s name is Jet and he was great! Very polite and helpful! He suggested the best route to visit the temples according to the time we started the tour , and it was spot on!It was very hot and I loved the comfort of a cooling towel after exploring each temple! Perfect idea! The day we left, our flight was delayed and the hotel let us stay longer in the room! We are very thankful!
    • The pool was huge and I swam Laos everyday. Staff was friendly, kind, and caring. The surrounding gardens were gorgeous. The rooms were huge! The cleaning staff cleaned our rooms every single day and we were there for 20 days!

    Cons -

    • Not a thing!
    • For us it was not a problem, but the hotel is about 15 minutes away from the city center by car or tuk tuk. It is very easy to get a transfer using the Grab app and it was around 2 USD, so not an issue!
    • The prices for food and drinks were on the high side compared to other hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap, but it was made up for by the kind service and quality of the food.

Comfortable stay and great for kids! The pool is wonderful to relax in after a long day of the temple tours. The place is further away from Siem Reap town, but we liked it because it was quiet and peaceful.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

A hidden gem. Nice and quiet location a short tuktuk ride away from the bustling city centre. Absolutely beautiful room with separate seating area with the most comfortable beds I've found in Cambodia to date. Very friendly staff and the food was very good too. We only had one night in Siem Reap and were sad we couldn't stay longer. Next time we'll stay here a couple of days for sure.

The prices for food and drinks were on the high side compared to other hotels and restaurants in Siem Reap, but it was made up for by the kind service and quality of the food.

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, spacious rooms and really comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and great service. A little further out from town but very easy to book tuk tuk with grab app.

    9LouisePosted on: 7-11-2025

Setting and architecture is beautiful. The staff are amazing. So helpful.

Nothing really. To be perfect, I would pick it up and move it a little closer to the center of town. That said, it is really easy and inexpensive to get a tuk tuk into town.

A little gem of a hotel. Small hotel feels like staying with family. Amazing staff who went out of their way to make everything possible and enjoyable.

Nothing I loved everything about the Hotel. It is a little out of town but you can just get a Tuk Tuk on Grab and you are downtown in no time.

Size of the room. Warm pool. Good breakfast.

One thing I didn't like is that the swimming-pool is open too early. So kids were noisy in the pool at 6h30 a.m. Considering that, when in bed, my head is 12 meters (same level) from the pool, it goes noisy. End of sleep at 6.30 due to pool activity, look at your clock, WOW !!!How is that possible?

Super comfortable rooms, in beautiful grounds with the loveliest staff! We loved coming back to the peace and quiet after exploring.

    7heatherPosted on: 4-20-2025

The pool is amazing and warm, the room was decent size and bathroom was a large. We didn't stay in a little bungalow but they looked adorable and I think I would choose that next time. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is very quiet. The hotel arranged a driver for us named Mr. Phout and he was our personal driver the entire time. I highly recommend hiring him! His WhatsApp is +855 93 69 23 06. It was $40 per direction between hotel and airport, plus about $60 for a full day of temple touring.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. There was NO hot water at all, despite telling staff 3 different times. We even tried the shower in the Spa but it didn't have hot water either. I think I would give this place a 9 or 10 if there had been hot water. We made the mistake of booking the Presidential Suite. I do NOT recommend this. First, the access is through a sliding glass door right off the lobby, that does not require a key to get into. Therefore, anyone can walk up the stairs to your common area. Secondly, there is an awkward common area and 2 separate locked bedrooms. So it's not really a "suite", per se; more of an area for 2 separate rooms that share a common area that's not really conducive to hanging out. There's a large wrap around balcony but no seating, so what's the point of a balcony if you can't sit on it? Also, the suite only has 2 queen beds, which did not work for our group of 4 adults and 1 child because there are no pull out couches or anywhere else for people to sleep if they don't want to share the 2 beds. The hotel did not have extra sheets or blankets or pillows for us to even make up the couch to sleep on, plus they had no extra towels. The front desk is "staffed 24 hours" but it's really quite dead in the lobby, making the place feel deserted, and staff hang out somewhere else and only come to the front desk when they see someone needs help. There is nothing to walk to near the hotel - it is quite secluded, so if you're hoping to stay in the "middle of things", this is not the place for you. There is literally nothing else to do at this hotel when you're not at the pool. It was about a 10-15 minute tuk tuk ride to town/Pub Street.

Nice spacious rooms with easy pool access, practical menu, staff is very helpful with bookings

Breakfast was awesome and the service was great. What a beautiful resort as well. Not big but not too small. The pool and small restaurant form the nexus of the social setting outside the rooms. Never too noisy. Very tidy.

Everything in Siem Reap is a 15 min cab/tuktuk ride away but at least you can always get where you need to go.

Amazing hotel. So cozy with just 10 or so villa-style rooms. Huge pool, not too deep, that is in the courtyard so my kids swam a lot and loved it as it was not crowded at all. The food at the onsite restaurant was amazing and the staff were very helpful with planning our tours and answering all our questions. Finally, great value for money.

Location is quiet and about 5km from town so a $3 tuk-tuk ride into town. That's ok but nothing nearby you can really walk to.

We spend a lovely 4 nights with my wife and 2 young kids at this hotel. Beautiful rooms, located around a large and beautiful pool, just perfected for the kids. Though, what makes this hotel extraordinary is its staff. I have stayed in 100+ hotels in my life, but this staff is so warm, truly interested and goes the extra mile to make your stay memorable. We enjoyed it a lot! It’s about a 10 minute tuktuk drive to Siem Reap centre, but if you plan to visit one of the local night markets, this is only 5 minute away. We’ll definitely return one day.

This charming boutique hotel in Siem Reap exceeded our expectations! Our suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. From the moment we arrived, the hospitable staff made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to answer any questions we had and helped us also to organize our tour to Angkor Wat. The swimming pool felt like a true oasis, a refreshing escape from the heat. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wonderful selection of local and international dishes. A special highlight of our stay was being invited to join the hotel's annual staff day celebrations, giving us a heartwarming glimpse into the warmth and community spirit of the team. A truly memorable experience!

Its hard to find anything we didn't like.

Perfect hotel which offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements.

    Quiet boutique feel

A little far from the centre of town but only a 3$ Tuk Tuk ride

    10MeretPosted on: 3-12-2025

We stayed here with two kids for 12 nights and loved every moment! Perfectly peaceful little hotel under great management, with wonderful staff and an amazing swimming pool. 100% recommended!

We found the food average but there‘s plenty of other great restaurant options in town.

    9DanaPosted on: 2-25-2025

We enjoyed our stay, were comfortable, and really appreciated the hospitality of the staff at the hotel. They helped us organize all our excursions around the temples and especially Jet went out of his way to make sure our visit was perfect!
