Nothing ended up leaving

Staff was so rude wouldn't accept credit cards and didn't understand that the blue marks on the hndred dollar bill are part of the security system. He wanted me to use their ATM machine to get different money.

The room was big and the bath was a really nice feature! The staff on check in and check out were really friendly and helpful

There was a small spider in my shower which I didn't love The location was a little further from pub street than I would have thought and it was missing the party vibe but maybe that's because it was out of season but when I went to a different hostel that did have a very good vibe!

Super awesome deal (I went when it was only $12/night for a whole room, probably due to the border conflict with thailand). Nice amenities and great location, walking distance from pub street. Super nice staff that are very good at pool! Make sure you buy them a drink :)

I loved how this place is more sociable and the presentation stands out from may places that I've visited!They have great a/c and it's a fun, vibrant environment!

A couple of times the power went out during my weekly stay. It was only for a couple of minutes though. Everything else was pretty much exceptional!

Sarun Ron was a very kind and generous host. On the first night, I misplaced some items and Sarun kept them safe and returned them to me the next morning. It was a big relief.

Good location

The AC did not work very well in the room. Also if you are in the top bunk there is no privacy and if the room light is on, it is directly in your face so you can’t sleep until everyone goes to bed

Activities are cheaper and just as good booking through local travel kiosks

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location and we were able to book day trips through the hostel which saved a lot of time and made our stay easier.

The reps aren’t always the friendliest. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a party hostel. It will get loud. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for other guests.

The vibes at night were awesome. The staff interacts with the guest and we play d drinking games, pool etc

As a backpacker, it would be nice to be able to bring food or drinks to ur room. I had a private room and was told to throw my food away upon arriving but then offered to order food from them. If we are at a hostel I feel like we are obviously trying to save money and that includes food. One other thing that made me nervous was the door would lock but if u pulled it toward u and back in, the door would open no problem. I just brought my valuables with me just in case. Besides that the staff was friendly, the pool looked nice although I never saw anyone in it…, prob bc there’s so much to see during the day

The bed was so comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fun and lively atmosphere. Good location for exploring Siem Reap.

Felt more like a place for foreigners—would be nice to see more locals too.Bathrooms could use some improvement, but I understand it's a dormitory setup.

The location is very good, the pool area is nice and the staff is amazingly nice.Special thanks to Bopha who helped me a lot.

Great location with lots of things to do around there. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. Definitely a more chilled Mad Monkey that we stayed in considering everybody is super tired from waking up for Angkor Wat. Didn't have a very long stay but the rooms were comfy and the pool was very inviting!

The location was amazing and the room was basic with a comfortable bed. Price was a bit much for the room, expect two towels, a bed and chair. Booked this place for the vibe which was mostly non existent especially over new years.Most of the staff was reall nice and tried to create a vibe.

Paid $10 for the pub crawl that includes a shirt and free cocktail but the pub crawl didn’t really happen.Tried to order a beer at the pool bar just past 5pm for double the price as other establishments but then was shown to the roof top bar 4 floors up.Tickets to Angkor wat was also $3 more than other hostel and places alike.

Not just one but two pools!!! Great place to meet people with activities happening 24/7 + the private rooms are pretty comfy

Fantastic hostel environment, the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful! The room was exactly as pictured, clean and so comfortable. Probably the best sleep we’ve gotten on our trip yet. Can’t recommend this spot enough! And close to lots of restaurants with tours available for booking through the hostel.
