    Pros +

    • Swimming pool + fitness
    • Excellent hotel, great proximity to nearby attractions and easy access to shops, restaurants and services
    • Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We had a family room with a main room with two beds for our kids and a side room with a queen bed. The side room had a door but it was glass so not fully private (not an issue but just noting for awareness). The bathroom was gigantic. Overall, the room wasn't particularly fancy but was clean and an incredible value for the price. The location of the hotel was perfect, near lots of restaurants and the markets so we could walk everywhere in town but still a quiet street. We rented scooters to get to the temples and were able to park them safely overnight. The pool was lovely and a good break from the heat in the middle of the day. We were greeted with juice, fruit, and scented cool towels at check-in (the kids loved this touch) and had free breakfast every day that was very good.

    Cons -

    • Restaurant closed No customers interbred
    • No hot water on my last morning.
    • The room was minimal in terms of shelving and hanging spaces. The signage from the road was hidden behind foliage.

size of the room , quality of the bed fantastic, location, kindness of staff. Price is cheap for a hotel with all these qualities

A very serene property set back from the street with lush landscaping. The public seating areas in the lobby and breakfast area were most pleasant. The room was spacious and airy. Breakfast was from a set menu with about a dozen choices and pretty filling. The staff was very attentive and gracious. The property was about a 10 minute walk to the night market across the river but there were also several restaurant choices nearby.

No hot water on my last morning.

The location was perfect as the property is on a less busy street and yet in walking distance to many restaurants and the night markets and the crazy pub street. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable although a little hard. Breakfast was very good, you basically can order what you want. They gave us a very large boxed breakfast, including two hard boiled eggs each, for our sunrise morning at Angkor Wat.

The room was minimal in terms of shelving and hanging spaces. The signage from the road was hidden behind foliage.

Nice hotel within walking distance of the town center. Large rooms. Simply furnished but comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choices for breakfast. We’ve stayed in other similarly priced hotels in Siem Reap and this was certainly better than the others in almost every regard. Don’t expect ultra fancy plush furnishings, but what you do get is practical, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room was a bit on the warm side.

Great location, exceptional people, facilities were clean and price was perfect.

The hotel was lovely. Large comfortable rooms that were spotlessly clean. The location was great. Plenty going on in the main area about 10 minute walk away. The staff were amazing. A warm welcome of fresh fruit and tea on arrival as well as a cooling towel. Always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was also very good and plenty of it to keep you going for the rest of the day. The pool area is clean and well maintained, and although not a huge pool, it was more than adequate...it was never mobbed with too many people. In fact we had it to ourselves most of the time.Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Everything perfect.

The rooms were very spacious, great value for money. Staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was quiet and clean. They cleaned our room everyday.

Property was tropical in appearance, pool was lovely and refreshing after a hot day visiting the Temples.Breakfast is a mix of Cambodian and Western foods. Beds are super comfy and staff arranged laundry service.

?Location was perfect for me as a solo traveller, I felt super safe even though it’s quite a touristic area. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices. Very close to Old Market and Night Market and Pub Street. ? I loved my room, very spacious for the price, somewhere to place the backpack at last!! Balcony was lovely to use. ? The Staff have been so lovely and welcoming. Have to say this is an ideal hotel for Siem Reap. I was cautious as I am with any hotel when I made the first reservation and have no extended the reservation as I am so pleased with the hotel. Having such a wonderful time, thank you!

No issues that I can detect.

It was super clean. The staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast wide variety. A wonderful hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

    Very friendly staff! Excellent room

    Breakfast could be more generous.

Really nice place and people. I stayed here several years ago and the place is still in great shape. They remembered me, and I got a beautiful upgrade. But their standard room is quite comfortable too. Highly recommend!

The Siem Reap Palace Hotel & Spa was perfect for our family. The rooms were great and the meals were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the old market. They even arranged a private car and driver for us to Phnom Penh for a very reasonable price. Our daughter used their services for her visit to Angkor Wat. We were even given a parting gift of a scarf each. Tuk tuks are available through them or just outside the hotel.

Very good value . All staff were welcoming and good at their job. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and bathroom, good location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. I was not impressed with the breakfast available. But there were many other choices nearby.

    10RebeccaPosted on: 3-1-2025

Great location in quiet but central spot. Good eateries nearby. Large comfortable room with helpful friendly staff. Beautiful pool in the hot afternoons. Good tariff.

    It was all good

    9RiviPosted on: 2-28-2025

We had a great stay. Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice spacious and comfortable room, a pool. Location was pretty good, in walking distance to the center.

    Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

A 10-minute walk from Pub Street, the tuk-tuk ride costs 3000 riels. The hotel is very quiet and very clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast is exceptional and there is a large swimming pool as well as many spaces to relax. The staff is very friendly, smiley, polite, and welcoming, and there is an elevator available. No construction nearby.

The staff were very friendly, and personally, it is not usual for me, which made me a little uncomfortable. This is a testament to the Cambodian people and not a criticism.
