The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean.

The restaurant was terrible. I've never had worse service at a 4 star hotel. The portions were small, my burger was undercooked, they didn't restock the breakfast buffet, and the wait staff was terrible at the dinner service. There were 7 tables in the restaurant and 3 servers working and yet it still took 45 minutes to get soup and pasta. Also, the pool tiles were coming off and they didn't restock the towels at the pool for an extended period of time.

Will explore other app and quality.

I don’t like the fact that booking.com cheated on me showing the wrong price on the app. Uncleared all over landing page and the confirmed page and even extra charged on taxes and so without my genuine awareness at check out. Kept me delayed my trip at the check out counter, the manager didn’t come when officer requested, emailed to booking.com also not replied. Am a level 3 member. You guys better close off the app with such quality. Looks like none is working. I never had such experience.

Modern spacious environment with excellent facilities. Fantastic outdoor lap pool. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was great. We were provided a packed breakfast for our very early start for the Ankor Watt sunrise tour. Staff were very friendly and attentive and attended to our needs in a very efficient manner. Hotel provided shuttle service to and from airport, also to anywhere we wanted to go. There was a Tuk Tuk service offered and this was really handy for going into town for an evening out or to explore the city. Having visited Siem Reap before, our choice this time of Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap Resort made our trip to this wonderful city so much more memorable.

The front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful.

- First, the aircon wasn’t very cold and noisy. (But the staffs changed the room based on our request) It is time for a Reno or a change of your cooling system. - We were locked out of our room for about 30mins (due to some issue with the digital lock) and we told the staff that we will be waiting for them at the lift lobby area, which she acknowledged. However, after awhile, we decided to walk to our room to check and 2 technicians were inside our room, without our presence. - Thirdly, we came back from our trip, and was about to enter our room and suddenly, a random technician open the door from our room. We were in shocked, why would a random person be in our room when we are out for a tour. Apparently they mentioned that SOME other guest gave a wrong room number and as such, they came in but they could have verified further (eg, asking what’s the name used for the booking). Overall, I don’t think it’s a “value for money” hotel. I booked the hotel for 4 days 3 nights pool view for $700+ SGD but the experience doesn’t suits the price. But I do love the front desk staff of the hotel. 5 stars for them.

We had mentioned that we were travelling with a senior citizen. Hotel assigned us a room for differently abled and we had to negotiate a bit to get the room changed.

This hotel was an oasis on our trip to Siem Reaptaff was wonderful, we were greeted graciously. Breakfast was

It was a short stay primarily to visit Angkor Wat…good facilities and staff were very polite and courteous

It is a lovely, modern hotel with spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful. They assisted with local transport and tickets to the national park and also gave recommendations for good restaurants. It is in a good position 15 to 20 minutes from the temples and 10 minutes into town.

The bbq buffet and the distance from room att he backend to the receptionist which took a while.

The hotel is very comfortable and the swimming pool is a plus. The staff is very kind and does their best to satisfy customer needs. We enjoyed the live music by the pool during the evening BBQ.
