- The people on staff were really wonderful and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious.
- The outdoor area with the pool was very nice and the property seemed to have many things to do. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were clean and well set up. Shoutout to Nivat for helping me all throughout my stay and even notifying me that I left an item behind.
- This hotel was wonderful but even more the staff was incredible. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and the experience was great, breakfast was fantastic and overall service was as expected. Again, the people that work here make the experience what it is. So grateful for this stay and meeting the wonderful staff. We spent New Years eve here and they showed a few local dances and put together a really nice event. I also had a massage which was fantastic!
Cons -
- The restaurant--Special K for the free breakfast?! The Christmas music was obnoxious--ruined the mood for every meal. On December 26th the mood was so much more relaxing--but that was our last day! The restaurant kept this from being a great hotel.
- Everything was perfect but if I had to say one thing it would be that the shower was outside for our room with the pool and there was only a tub inside, it would have been better to avoid mosquitoes late at night to have a shower inside. Apart from that small detail everything was amazing.

Everything was so amazing. The whole hotel is beautiful but what really sets it apart is the staff. Everyone is so kind and attentive, so helpful and sweet. They are so attentive and available. It is 100% worth it to book a Temple Tour with them, and ask for Long to be your guide, he was the most amazing and nicest guide ever. They provide tuktuk to the city center and it is amazing to be in a quieter area because the center is so busy. 100% recommend, we took the room with the private pool which was really nice. Thank you for such a memorable stay!!

One of the best stays in Siem Reap! The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The property is goregous and our room was a luxe experience. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a 5-star experience!
Keeping it short and sweet; the location is close enough to the action but far enough away to feel relaxed and be able to sleep well in a quiet, comfortable and beautiful resort. The staff are what make this place so special; a humble, kind and attentive group of people who go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Special mention to Thavy, Lin and Pollin. Treat yourself to a massage by Pan at the spa. The tuk tuk service is great.
I cannot find a negative.
Calm hotel, as it is not exactly in the center. The pool is really nice, especially after a long day visiting the temples under the sun ! We booked through the hotel a tuk tuk for 2 days and a guide for one day and it was really really nice. We thank our drivers and our guide for making this trip even greater.
When we arrived we were given an “upgrade” to a room with a private pool but we said that this was not what we asked for as the room was not really nice and the pool not practical. We asked to gave our initial room. To our surprise they told us that the room that we booked initially was not free and finally we were given a cheapest room. The toilet was dirty and old (it has to be changed immediately!), the walls are full of stains (coffee and dirt) and the sink is in the middle of the room without any space to leave your stuff. The first morning we went for breakfast at 6:30 and the buffet was still not ready, even if they say that they open from 6 am. The juices are not fresh and they are from Cyprus !!! In a country where there are plenty of fresh fruits it is really a shame to have juices in bottles coming from the other side of the world. Also not so many vegetarian options as they out meat everywhere.
The amenities were amazing! Good food, massage was great, staff was friendly! Will stay again when in Siem Reap
Gorgeous private colonial feel. Down to earth yet stylish.
The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and professional.
From the minute I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff with a cup of cold iced ginger and a wet towel, which I gladly accepted after the flight.
-Private pool suite was clean, spacious, and worth the price-Jacuzzi and pool made the stay extra relaxing-Room was the nicest I’ve experienced in Siem Reap-Thoughtful amenities, everything laid out nicely-Extremely kind and attentive staff-Free tuk-tuk rides to the city center (very convenient)-They offer high-tea from 3-4 which I found very interesting - Surrounded by nature, giving a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere- Felt like a true luxury getaway in the middle of Siem Reap
Amazing Resort. Friendly staff, great food. Book a room with private pool. You wont regret it. The hotel has a tuk tuk, which gives you free rides into the city center. $2 USD to return to the hotel with any other tuk tuk you find.
Those big round bathtubs in the picture take a long time to fill up, especially since the water heater only manages to pump out hot water for like 10 minutes, then it turns Luke warm.
We aboslutely LOVED this beautiful hotel. The service was perfect and was available for everything we needed, from car service from the airport to tuktuks into the center of Siem Reap to providing additional information about things to do in the area and providing an included breakfast in the morning. Prior to our arrival the team was very communicative, which we appreciated. Our room was absolutely fantastic--the beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious, and we also had a private pool in our backyard that we enjoyed! The main pool in the hotel is also amazing, with plenty of comfortable lounging beds and shade. We also were very happy with the location. The hotel is a little out of the main area of Siem Reap, which we liked--it was quiet and relaxing. The property was also simply beautiful in terms of design and layout. The best part though, was the staff. In particular Phea was a standout. Phea greeted us warmly and helped us every single day of our trip. He is amazing and every guest would be lucky to enjoy him as a host during their stay in Siem Reap. We will miss Phea and this hotel and cannot wait to send more people here.
The only issue we had was with the bathroom--the lighting by the mirror was very dim so it was hard to see. We also wished there were more places to hang towels. There should also be a shade for the window in the shower as it let in a lot of light at night when we were trying to sleep. These are minor issues, though. We still absolutely loved everything about the hotel!
The resort is very clean, comfortable, and quiet, being a bit out of town. The service was also superb, and Phea Phan at the front desk, was notable in going out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met.
The resortnis slightly out of town, but this was not a problem as there was never a problem getting a tuk-tuk.
The resort is peaceful and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of traditional style and modern comfort. Our room featured a private pool, which added a touch of luxury and made our stay feel especially relaxing. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. All the staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ran, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
It was clean, convenient, comfortable, and felt very safe for me and my daughter.
Excellent staff, friendly, attentive, pleasant, caring.
Was clean quite nice little resort. Was happy with the suite.
May be a dressing mirror in the room will be great
I had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Embassy Angkor Hotel. Having traveled to over 30 countries, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with hotel staff. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations, and words alone can’t fully express how impressed I was.Mon, the Front Office Manager, was especially outstanding. She contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival to arrange airport pick-up and help plan our tour. The airport transfer was very reasonably priced and offered in a luxury van (Hyundai H1/Alphard). To our surprise, we were upgraded twice—from a Standard Room to a Deluxe, and then to a Pool Suite. Every staff member was kind and helpful, with Mon going above and beyond throughout our stay. The vintage Mercedes tour was exceptional—a rare and charming experience you won’t find elsewhere in Siem Reap. Our driver, Mr. Vutthy, was polite and very attentive. We also hired an English-speaking tour guide, Mr. Bun, who was both fun and informative. On the second day, we toured in the H1 van with Mr. Pao, another polite and professional driver. On our last day, Mr. Hun took us on a tuk tuk adventure to a hidden temple deep in the forest—an unforgettable experience. We also received a 15% discount on foot massages, which I highly recommend after a long day of temple exploration. If you’re heading out to Pub Street at night, the hotel offers complimentary tuk tuk service until late, making it easy and safe to enjoy the nightlife. In short, our four days in Siem Reap were truly special—largely thanks to the incredible team at Embassy Angkor Hotel. If I could give more than 10/10, I would. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time we visit Siem Reap.
It was a great experience. Everything was seamless and I was even given an upgraded room and late checkout. Booking tours, guides, and cars through the hotel was extremely easy and everything was timely. Phea did an amazing job and was extremely kind and helpful during my stay. Would stay here again!
Everything was great but the room seemed a bit old with some cracks in the walls/marble and slight stains on walls from humidity as well as some of the lights not working properly. It was my fault for not calling maintenance however as I’m sure they would have fixed the lights immediately or told me if I was using them wrong.
The suite with the private pool is beautiful! The staff are all very friendly helpful and responsive to any request. I had a great experience at the spa as well. Well worth the price!
The breakfast and restaurant food was just okay. The western dishes lacked salt and seasoning. The beef lok Lak was excellent though!
