Wow the way they take care of you from airport pickup to exceeding your every need. Great rooms free massages great food great locations and they even did our laundry for free.

Everything was perfect

Everything. From the moment we were picked up to departure, it was an amazing few days at Jaya house. The attentiveness of staff, food, spa, the tour they organized etc was all fantastic.

That our stay wasn’t longer

I liked everything about Jaya House! The staff, the food, the room, the flowers, the free massages and laundry, as well as the understated elegance of the entire property. it was luxurious yet laid back. We had the best time!

Best attentive staff I’ve ever had in a boutique hotel. I love the perks of free same day laundry and daily complementary 60 minute massage. The food served at the restaurant was excellent.

The return trip to the airport was not complementary.

The service and amenities were outstanding (fresh water, barista made coffee at all hours, tea and snacks, minibar, tuk-tuk driver, etc.). The guide arranged by the hotel (Lee), was fantastic and quickly adjusted to our interests.

An amazing hotel.Excellent location, great food.But what makes this hotel truly special is its incredible staff.Every single member of the team was wonderful.We were on vacation with our two daughters, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.They were so attentive to the children, pampering them with ice creams and other little treats that made our stay more than perfect.Truly, thank you so much to everyone from the bottom of our hearts.

Everything was fantastic about the hotel. Possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. An urban oasis. If you're going to Siem Reap and looking for a boutique hotel ambience with great service and 2 gorgeous swimming pools, this is the place!

Jaya House River Park is an absolute gem—an oasis of peace and tranquility set in a breathtakingly beautiful location. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a serene atmosphere that made relaxation effortless.The attention to detail extended to the incredible hospitality, with Finn ensuring our stay was seamless and issue-free, and Two, always present to greet us with a cool, scented towel, and ensure every need was met with care.Every service at Jaya House enhanced our experience, from the convenient and well-organized Tuk Tuk rides, to the rejuvenating massages and reliable laundry service. And the restaurant? Simply outstanding!Jaya House River Park arranged a guide for us to explore Angkor Wat. Exploring Angkor Wat is a magical experience, but doing so with a guide who was once a monk at the temple takes it to a whole new level. Our tour was nothing short of extraordinary!

The hotel and room was very nice. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. The swimming pools are amazing and the staff was really friendly and the main managers are there to welcome you. Therefore we highly recommend this hotel for your stay near the famous Angkor Wat!

This property is very well managed. The attention to detail is exceptional creating a very peaceful feeling. The pool areas and gardens are lovely. What this property offers in regard to transportation by tuk tuk into town with a personal phone makes the guest feel extremely safe. They knew our daily schedule including excursions not booked by their hotel. The spa facility is just beautiful with possibly one of the best massages I have ever had. This came complimentary with our room. The breakfast was excellent. They encourage the guests to go out and explore other restaurants which we did on their recommendation. This boutique hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff we finished our Vietnam/Cambodian holiday in absolute luxury.

We felt like we died and woke up in paradise!Everything was above our expectations. They spoiled us & now we want to bring Jaya House River Park with us everywhere we go!Delicious breakfast and dinner, unlimited free laundry any time, free massage every day! When my husband got overheated, the owner brought him electrolytes and helped him to feel better! Recommend this place for a special occasion, quietude & relaxation. Close to Ankor Wat. Great English speaking hotel drivers from airport & free tuk tuk to town or temples @ reasonable rate.

We loved absolutely everything about this very special hotel. The staff are so lovely and remember EVERYTHING about what you like... it took only one interaction for them to remember special things about what you like (favorite drink, favorite spot to sit in the restaurant, etc.) The service is the most incredible we have experienced. Amazing meals at the restaurant, daily spa treatments were a dream, hours spent at the beautiful pool, the tuk tuks on demand to take us wherever we wanted... I could go on and on. If you are traveling to Siem Reap and rooms are available at the Jaya House, book it now and don't think twice.

Lots of small but extremely thoughtful touches throughout the hotel - such as the scented wet towels whenever you return to the hotel, bug sprays, tuktuk service around Siem Reap, complimentary massages - make this an incredible choice for exploring the beautiful Angkor temples. Would highly recommend! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and seem to take pride in their work. Also good to know that the hotel continues to support the community by hiring many fulltime employees, committing to their zero plastic policy, and planting more trees around Siem Reap.

This boutique hotel truly feels like a seven-star experience, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff.During my stay, I noticed how well the team communicated with each other, which translated into warm, thoughtful service for us.The food at the restaurant was so delicious that we chose to have dinner there five nights in a row!We’re already looking forward to coming back—just to enjoy staying at this wonderful hotel again.

Everything. Staff were great and most had good english skills. Free tuk tuk provided for trips to/from city. Cellphone provided to contact tuk tuk. Breakfast was good. Fruit and drinks in room provided at no charge . Hotel helped book all tours around siem reep. Hotel assisted with airport transfers. Beautiful hotel grounds. Service by all the staff was exceptional
