Pros +
- The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The pool was also yummy on a hot day.
- Warm and cosy experience, friendly staff, excellent food
- Everything. The staff are excellent. They are so welcoming, very attentive and cannot do enough for you. The pool area is a little haven of peace. Everything is very clean. The room is gorgeous and serviced daily. The food is very good, catering for western and local tastes. We liked the fact that it is out of town and quiet. There are tuk tuks based at the hotel. We used them for all our temple excursions and they were most helpful and obliging. I loved the cookery class which was carried out very professionally and I was made to feel at ease.Due to our evening departure we were allowed to keep our room for later than normal check out.
Cons -
- Leaving.
- Though it applies to everywhere in the country, and it’s hardly a unique complaint to the establishment:Expect insects outdoors and be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes every day. They come out when it’s cloudy, and at night. If you ask hotel staff to set up repellant they will resolve it on your behalf.

It’s not a sterile hotel experience, you get plenty of time outside and typically you’ll be eating in an open-air dining space. You live away from dense traffic and the city, it’s quiet, the construction is rustic and it can be quite fun. The hospitality is wonderful, special thanks to Joseph for the drinks. Plenty of dining space, good food.

Beautiful pool, amazing service, great food, lovely room.
I spent two nights here and enjoyed myself very much. I have stayed in big hotels in downtown Siem Reap and while they have their advantages, the quiet, intentional, thoughtful approach The Nature brings to accommodations was refreshing. The food was delicious, the room spacious and attractive -- the tub is eye catching! -- and the staff is beyond attentive. They have a training program to lift up young Cambodians, teach them about the hospitality industry and help them move toward a bright career. It shows. The Nature also take seriously its environmental impact, valuing and honoring Cambodian traditions, foods and culture and offers a number of fun activities, like complimentary high tea every afternoon, cooking classes and happy hour every evening. The common area is welcoming and peaceful. The pool is tranquil and beautiful, surrounded by trees with a jacuzzi at one end. I would note as an observation, not a criticism that if you are interested in spending your days walking around the sites of Siem Reap, this one may not be a perfect fit. It is maybe 2 km from the heart of night markets, boutiques and the like. The Nature will drive you into Siem Reap for free -- I think your return will cost about $1.50 USD -- and it is quite pleasant to walk in the somewhat less crowded area where The Nature is situated, but it is not super convenient to loads of touristy things. That was perfect for me.
Nothing comes to mind.
Simply amazing staff- made us feel so welcome. Price-value was good. Nice quiet area.
The place is beautiful and serene. The staff is exceptional. They do an afternoon tea hour, which is really nice to get local treats and relax by the pool. A special mention to our auto driver Mr. Duto, who drove us to the temples and market and was such a kind person to my young daughters. We had a wonderful stay here, highly recommended.
The property was genuinely serene! It had such a calming feel about it all. It felt modern and comfortable. The pool and pool area was always immaculately clean, as was the rest of the property. Beds were comfortable, AC and WiFi worked well. The highlight was the staff. They were so attentive, friendly and hospitable and helped with anything we needed. The location was not in downtown Siem Reap which was perfect for us; it was nice and quiet and the staff offers a free tuktuk into town each evening for dinner from 6pm-9pm. Also, calling a tuktuk was super cheap (less than 1 USD) so the location really was great for us as it was a straight shot to Angkor Wat. Highly recommend!
it’s a short 15 min tuk tuk away from the main city center, but it really embodied the feeling of being out in nature. it was quiet, relaxing. it really set the vibe. the staff were attentive and professional.
everything was amazing.
It was amazing, but I was really scared from lizards, maybe it’s everywhere, but night time they are so many not in room but still, who has Phobia they know about what I’m texting)
but I was really scared from lizards
Lovely staff.
No fridge in the room. Difficult stairs for me on the top floor!
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—so friendly and genuinely warm. The entire place feels peaceful and beautifully connected to nature. Even with trees all around, the pool was spotless and well-maintained, which really impressed me.One of my favorite touches was the afternoon tea with traditional Cambodian desserts—such a thoughtful and unique way to experience the local culture.Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so relaxing and special. Can’t wait to come back!
Very lovely cozy little tree house looking space. It was just exceptional. The staff, particularly Patrick and Joseph were so warm and welcoming, always ready for a good chat and great recommendations. I have literally only good things to say about my stay and experience here. You will never regret it. I’m surely coming back here on my next visit to Siem Reap with my girls
We stayed here with a couple of friends during our trip to Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious, and the property is like a little oasis, which makes it really special. It's a quiet place away from the city but very accessible by tuk-tuk or taxi. The staff were all lovely, and the food in the restaurant was also really good. Overall, a good place to stay.
The hospitality !! The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend The Nature for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! must visit again !!
Nothing to dislike !! overall everything was good !!
I really liked the peaceful garden setting and how relaxing the whole place felt. The staff were incredibly kind, and the pool was perfect after long days exploring the temples.
- The shower curtains were dirty from the previous stay, this was the only tiny blemish on what was a fantastic stay. - The location is a bit far out from the city centre.
Nice and spacy room with a view into the Green space and down to the swimming pool
final billing was a bit complicated as we needed an invoice for the compagny and not individual names, but this was sorted out.
Look no further — this hotel was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with lush, jungle-like surroundings, a gorgeous pool, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Ours had a luxurious bathtub, a super comfortable bed, and a breathtaking view overlooking the pool. The food was another highlight — breakfast and lunch were both delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The complimentary afternoon tea and snacks were such a thoughtful and lovely touch.Getting into town was super easy thanks to the free tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel. Even if it wasn’t available, the ride is quick and only about $2 using Grab. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They are absolute stars — so kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond. We felt genuinely cared for every single day and loved chatting with them. They made us feel completely at home (and truly, they all deserve big raises!).We absolutely loved this place — it’s hands-down the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we will definitely be back.
The room was absolutely beautiful, and the food tasted great! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay exceeded any and all expectations.
Everything was great! I just wish it were located closer to many of the temples and the markets.
