Location is a little bit away from the main attractions. But the transport service was good though at times they do try to charge a little more.

The staff is incredible - taking care of all of our needs. The team paid attention to the smallest details making our stay exceptional. The staff found out we were heading out early for a sunset tour and packed a breakfast for us - we didn't ask for it but it was waiting at the front desk. The restaurant food and the team do a terrific job. The spa staff make you feel comfortable and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration.

Beautiful hotel with nicest staff you could dream of (and when English is not perfect their willingness to help makes up for it). Food is good and breakfast is delicious. Massages were very good!

Location is a bit far from city center which provides a bit of calm / peace. The hotel offers free of charge tuk-tuk ride to go there at night!

A very warm, hospitable and helpful staff, particularly Mr. Chan who was very friendly, hospitable helpful and smiling face. The Suite I had booked was large and comfortable. The Spa was very good and massage provided very nice.

Maintenance of property wsn't upto the mark. There was no anti slippery surface in and around open bathroom provided and so it was very slippery. I After bath, I slipped and had bad fall and it could have resulted in serious situation in a foreign land. Fortunately, I wasn't hurt much but the hotel needs to pay attention to such details to avoid their guests from facing such health hazards.

The room was very spacious and the pool was great to relax by after a day of sight seeing. The staff were friendly and helpfulFelt very safe to go for a walk around the community.

There was limited options at breakfast for a person who was vegan.

I loved everything about this place! Such a beautiful place that gives forest/tropical vibes. The restaurant service and food quality is delicious. The spa here was the best thing to do especially after a long day of exploring/activities. The staff is all friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Honestly I enjoyed the Air conditioning a lot too. It’s also very clean and the bed is comfortable as well.

The design was enchanting and it was very well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to ensure we were always happy. They truly made the experience something we will always remember.

It is an amazing hotel. Nice and quiet, but still very close to the center of Siem Reap. The pool is very nice, larger than it looked on the pictures we saw. The food is also very good, but the best are the people working there. They are very friendly, helpful and the service is very personal. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easily enough for 5 people (without extra beds).

The resort was nice, room was big perfect for a family. The bar and pool were fun. The restaurant was good, especially local dishes. The spa was wonderful. The personnel were good. The tuk tuk service was great, especially Kong.

Absolutely beautiful grounds, and very comfortable rooms. Wildlife everywhere. The pool area is so peaceful, we were bummed we couldn’t spend more time here. They were very helpful in setting up tours and we loved our private Angkor tour with Sythat. Highly recommend.

The room was huge! It was so quiet after a day at the temples.The food was really lovely and the omelettes at breakfast were delicious!It was close to town, short tuk tuk away but the best of all were the staff….they really did make the stay amazing! They made us feel really special!! Huge shout out to Mr Lucky and actually everyone….nothing was ever too much trouble! There was a lovely lass who waited on us…..I wish I could remember her name! She greeted us with a huge smile every time we came back, she even tried to teach us some basic phrases :-)Mr Riay ?? took us out and about, lovely guide and we would hope to see him again! We hope to see them all again, perhaps for 2 weeks where we can enjoy some down time too.Happy hour passion fruit mojitos and margaritas……wow!

Absolutely nothing!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The property is beautifully landscaped with a tranquil pool area and clean, comfortable rooms. The food was outstanding — every meal was delicious, especially the local dishes and the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and fresh ingredients.

Our room was with private pool which was nice but was lacking on gardening side i.e. some plants etc. We saw some bushes growing over the top. Room was spacious but we spotted few mosquitoes, reported and then got sorted.Shower gel etc. is way high to reach when you are having shower. It should be easily accessible when showering. There should be no glass bottles for shower gel, shampoo etc. for safety reason in case it slips off your hand. This is what happened to me. I have reported this to the management. It is not ideal for older people. They should have body lotion which was lackingBreakfast was good but they could have done more by introducing local food. Bar area by the main pool need refurbishing. Too many insects in the evening.Restaurant menu need to be addressed, need more local dishes and vegetarian choice as well.some of the things I have mentioned above under "what I Liked"

The staff were brilliant. So helpful, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was nice , the food was nice, the facilities were nice but the staff are what makes it - 11/10

We liked a lot the staff. Very kind and looking after the guests. The Amok at the restaurant is a must! The suites are big an confy. The pool is cleaned with salt which gives a nice sensation on the body. The Spa is also good for a relaxing massage at a good price. You can arrange absolutely every detail in your trip from the hotel and the staff will guide you and help you book everything.

- The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. They were eager to explain how they could help us make the best of our stay but not in a pushy way at all. - The rooms and amenities were beautiful. The pool and garden are a true peaceful haven. - The breakfast buffet and bar is very good. We did not have dinner here but we can assume it is also good!- My partner had an aromatherapy massage and said it was amazing.- They can help arrange many tours of the temples
