Chheng Residence

The staff is amazing. Everyone is very nice and greets to us. You email them of your arrival in advance, they pick you up at the airport for free. I also did book a private tour to Angkor wat complex with them for us$---  whole day including tour guide.

Nothing. You ask anything, they’re happy to help you.

The staff we're super friendly, they were trying to help us the best way they can even though there is some language barrier. The only thing is the AC, it's comfortable but nit cold enough but I think that's a normal thing in Cambodia, but the staff brought us a fan for extra comfort

Very big room and bed with good AC, a large bathroom with a tub, functioning wifi, nice overall hotel aesthetic with a swimming pool, really nice and caring staff.

Shower lacked temperature control but considering it was 40 degrees outside it was not a big deal!

EVERYTHING was Amazing. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Shower and bath great. Pool area amazing and pool very cold. Drinks available, very kind staff. they offer 7pm check out for 50% rate, great for sleeper buses. Best hotel we’ve stayed in.

I had an amazing stay at Chheng Residence! The room was very spacious, the WiFi worked perfectly, and the value for money was unbeatable. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cambodia

Big rooms , Very clean and comfortable stay and pool was also very well maibtained and best part was staff so polite and helpful

Everything was perfect

Good location, walking distance to markets. The room was spacious and clean. Dont affraid from the road, its a safe area. Shops 3 min far.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was beautiful. Located in a quieter back street gave us privacy.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned one of the days.

Very clean and comportable bed, kind staff, free pick up service and bathtub?

The pub street is a little bit far from the hotel. It took 14 mins by walk, so I sometimes used tuktuk to go Pub street.

Friendly and helpful staff Good location Big roomNice pool and pool area

Loved the room, Location and loveliest staff!! Such amazing hospitality ❤️Pool was great and you can buy $1 beer at reception.Highly recommend this hotel.Would love if restaurant was opened but Covid definitely reduced number of guests so hope they will get it open > Support small hotels ??

Would recommend you have all beer types and soft drinks available

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff very attentive and helpful, and it was quiet to sleep at night. CLose to everything but still tucked away just off of the main busy streets. You can get massages and treatments right in your room, from the excellent therapists they employ. A friend we met actually moved over from where he was staying because he liked it so much!

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Great air con - staff fixed immediately when it stopped working one day. Lovely shady pool, in a good location for walking to restaurants and bars. Hotel gym only had three machines that weren't working, but other cheap gyms around to use. Friendly staff, would recommend to stay here! Great value for money!

A clean, comfortable, large family room with two large king-single beds and a large queen bed. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, even delivering our ordered coffees to our room. Walking distance to Pub Street. We would stay again!

I like the room, it’s clean and tidy, very comfortable l

Small boutique hotel, in a residential area converted to a hotel. Staff was helpful to arrange things.

No br3akfast offerings,Adjoining building had noisy children all through the day time

Size of the room was good and close to the centre and nightlife.

Noise from outside kept me awake. No lift and had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs.Window blinds were broken.

Wonderful hotel. Since 6 years it is always a pleasure and family feeling to return there. Hospitality, garden, swimming pool and rooms are very nice and affordable. What is more it is a within a nice walking distance to market and pub street and located along a very quiet street.
