Probably the staff. They spoke English and the girls were charming and super nice. The staff was so willing to help and make out stay the best.

The ac was weak, but it worked. The pool was not in service.The shower didn't have a door. So it made it easy for the water to leak out. But for what we paid, can't complaint

The Wi-Fi connection is a bit weak, but if you’re here for the beauty of the temple, so it shouldn’t be a problem.

All the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The bed was comfortable, and we decided to stay and booked directly with them for 3 more days. We appreciated the fridge and the complimentary bottles of drinking water provided daily. The room was cleaned every day, and we also enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We had a great stay, and it is conveniently located and quiet for relaxing.

It was a wonderful stay. I did notice a few areas around the shower facilities that might need some repairs, but overall the atmosphere of the hotel was very lovely. Above all, the thoughtfulness and kindness of the hotel staff were outstanding. I regret that I have forgotten her name, but one young female staff member in particular paid close attention to every detail and took great care of us. On our last day, we had some time between checkout and our flight. When we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, she kindly arranged a place for us to rest comfortably while waiting for a taxi.

Our bus was delayed, but the tuk-tuk driver arranged by the hotel was still willing to wait for us at the bus stop, so we arrived later than planned without any issues. The staff welcomed us very warmly.The room was very clean and well maintained, and it was kept tidy every day. The staff greeted us politely each time we entered or left the hotel.The tour arranged by the hotel was awesome. We enjoyed everything the tuk-tuk driver and the tour guide were both the best. They were wholesome people, and we didn’t just enjoy the tour itself, but also the wonderful conversations we had with our guide.We will definitely come back to Cambodia again. Beautiful, spacious room that was very clean and also cleaned daily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a great place to relax and even has a pool bar. Located about a 5–10 minute walk to the river, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

This hotel is just wonderful. Nice and very clean rooms, beautiful pool area with lots of plants, the staff is more than friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food is delicious. We can absolutely recommend arrange tuk-tuk driver with hotel when visiting the temples. We had a great time here.
