All of the staff were genuinely friendly throughout stay. The room was spacious and had several different lighting options.

The Landmark Room has an open floor plan and a long balcony screened by palm leaves creating a wonderful feeling of privacy.

This is a beautiful hotel, a little sanctuary in the city, which made for a phenomenal experience from start to finish. You are greeted with fresh juice and a cold towel, and the hospitality continues at a high level throughout the stay. The staff were helpful, arranging transportation at request. There is a restaurant on site, and you can get spa services in your hotel room. There's a comfortable, deep tub in the bathroom with lots of hot water to soak your tired, temple-chasing body in.

There were a few things that weren't spectacular, but I still have a peaceful smile on my face from my experience there. 1. The water in the shower did not get hot. This wasn't *too* much of an issue because of the heat outdoors, and the bathtub made up for it (separate tap from shower) because it DID get hot. 2. The WiFi was sometimes spotty. 3. I couldn't get the SmartTV to work for certain services. I don't think this was a user error, although I could be wrong. I spent too much time trying to login to Netflix with no success. Maybe it was an account issue since I am from the USA? 4. The mosquitos in the dining area were bothersome. I would suggest finding some way to keep them away.

Overall pretty clean and spacious room. Very big bathroom. Breakfast included with room rate was decent.

Bathroom shower did not drained, making showering very difficult and uncomfortable as a lot of stand still water. Informed the front desk, came and checked and did not resolve the issue. Request to have room change denied. Bathroom sink not great as too low and also did not drained well. Toilet lid loose, informed front desk also did not fix it when we came back to the room. TV did not work. Remote control to ac did not work and the ac cold air was very cold at night. No elevator. Bed very hard.

Absolutely loved this hotel . Found it on booking.com and everything was perfect !! Staff , pool, location and the room was so comfortable. I booked a room with balcony and garden view because I like a cigarette with my coffee in the morning , and just watching all the wildlife was amazing . Thankyou to all the staff for making such a wonderful stay for us ❤️

Amazing. Great staff and good facilities. We did a tour to Angkor leaving the hotel around 5:00am and they packaged our breakfast to take and eat later.

There were mosquitoes close to some green areas.

Everything in this hotel was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. A special shout out to the person at the reception, Cheeon. He is one of the most humble people we have ever met. He was more than helpful. The room was spacious and had more than a person's needs. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The hotel was located on the outskirts, which complements the essence of this place.

We just loved this boutique hotel!! We stayed in the Landmark room and couldn’t have been happier. It had a fabulous patio looking out on to the pool. The room was as so well designed with traditional woodwork, it was so clean and so quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was just lovely and the hotel was such an oasis in the city. There were so many lush plants and the pool was so pretty and inviting. We ate dinner here twice as well and the food was very good as was the service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Peak Elite Hotel.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The room was great value for money and comfortable. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect, just a short distance from Siem Reap city center.

Staff very helpful, helped booking tours. Room was big. Nice pool area to chill and good morning buffet which varied a little every morning. Location somewhat central. Good wifi.

Room was next to the restaurant so quite a lot of noise came into the room starting already 6am. But if you go on a tour early morning then it should not really bother. Pretty hard mattress.

Location depends what you wanna do Kitchen restaurant staff is super nice Reception so so Everything is a big deal everything is extra Wifi is good Never had bf took the bf box to go for sunrise excursions it’s a nice offer but very very simple the 2nd day was less then the 1st 1 egg , slice toast, jam, fruit, packaged small croissant & water bottleNice little pool and garden area

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast with different choices each morning. The pool was fabulous!

Not a big issue for us but bed was quite hard so may be an issue for some.

Beautiful property, very professional staff.The restaurant totally deserves your attention. While breakfasts are more on the practical end, the dinner menu is huge and every single thing I tried was delicious. Excellent value for money for both breakfast and dinner. When ordering dinner, please keep in mind that they cook it from scratch, so it is going to take a while. You can ask the staff to call you when the food is ready or bring everything to your room.The reception staff can help you out booking your rides around Siem Reap and give recommendations about what to see and how to get there.

So friendly! So beautiful! So reasonably priced! Restaurant is delicious. Nice and quiet. Water is hot and pressure is strong.

Key card locks are a little tricky to figure out initially, but once you get the hang of them, not an issue.
