Beyond all expectations!The staff, the massage, the pool, the food. Excellent in every way, best of the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location. It feels a bit old-style, but all the furnishings were modern and in top shape. The pool and area around it are excellent. My room was large and had an nice balcony with pool view. The hotel is in a lively area with many restaurants, cafés and shops.

I was less convinced by the breakfast (not included by room rate), but there are various good restaurants/cafés with breakfast option nearby, so that was no big deal. It's a bit off the city center, but you can go everywhere easily by tuktuk and it's still in walking distance (ca. 15 min to Pub Street area).

Friendly, extremely comfortable stayWonderful comfortable rooms, facilities are amazing in the room, got upgrade to a room have balcony to relax on and a lovely pool to swim in.Drinks are cheap and have good selection, I would say I didn't eat at hotel so could not comment on food.Staff are also extremely friendly and go out of their way to please.They happily booked me a taxi to the airport too.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. They helped organise my tours and provided advice and recommendations about other local services. The room and facilities were very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of local dishes.

We are from Australia, and it is our first time visiting Cambodia. We stayed at Central Indochine for one night at first, then extended directly with them for three more days. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed even upgrade us to room included a balcony and pool view.We also booked an airport taxi through the hotel for both pickup and drop-off. It was completely hassle-free and cost only $50 for the round trip.The hotel also arranged a Tuk Tuk driver for our visits to the temples, which saved us a lot of time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.The hotel’s location is great only about a ten-minute walk to the Old Market. After dinner, it was just a short walk to enjoy shopping there.I would also like to recommend the hotel restaurant, which offers wonderful Eastern and Asian dishes. Breakfast is ordered from the menu and is included.We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap to see the Angkor Wat temples.

I stayed for one day. The staff were so helpful and friendly! We were welcomed with a delicious Ginger tea drink! The service was fantastic! It was an incredible service, and I really appreciated it! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The welcome drinks and sweets banana chips were very good, the proximity to the downtown area, the rooms were clean and clean, and the massages were very good.Thank you very muchI want to come back again!!!

Every thing is very good but it would be better if they have elevator for high floor.

The staff are what makes this place worth staying. From house keeping to front door they made every effort to make our stay comfortable. They were very nice and helpful people.

The internet is really bad. I really need to upgrade it because it gets frustrating sometimes.

The staff make this the best hotel in Siem Reap. They are so very kind, helpful, and attentive. The pool is fabulous, not too big and in afternoon nicely in shade, Great spot to rest after seeing the local temples. Me and my partner used one of the hotel tuktuk driver and we had a wonderful experiences and its was very reasonably priced. Their massage service is also fantastic we took the 60-minute aroma oil massage, and it really helped us relax after a long day touring the temples. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Siem Reap! Can recommend anyone looking for a great stay in Siem Reap!!

We stayed at Central Indochine for my birthday, and honestly, it could not have been better. From the very first day, the staff were so kind and welcoming. Every single person we met was respectful, helpful, and genuinely warm. We even decided to extend our stay for one more week directly with them!They surprised me on my birthday in such a wholesome way a beautiful name decoration on the bed with petals, and they also offered us two free cocktails to celebrate my special day.I also want to mention that you must try their massage service. It’s truly amazing and so relaxing after a long day of touring. The swimming pool is also one of the best clean, refreshing, and perfect to unwind.Everything about Central Indochine felt personal, thoughtful, and full of heart. I left with the biggest smile and so many sweet memories. If you are looking for a place that is peaceful, beautiful, and has staff who genuinely care, this is the place.

Great hotel and wonderful staff. The hotel is lovely and it has everything you need but the thing that makes this place special is the attentiveness of the staff they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

If the hotel had a lift, everything would be absolutely perfect. If your room is on the 4th floor, you have to walk all the way up by yourself, but the staff are always willing to help with your luggage no matter what.

Wonderful hospitality during our stay from all members of staff, the welcoming drink was refreshing also tasty snack with a cold towel. The overall experience was just amazing. The hotel is located near to everything

Wide room, comfy bed, a lot of extra utilities, tasty breakfast, silence, privacy, very beautiful, water temperature was amazing.

Good price incl breakfast. Location is only 8 mins to every attraction in town. The breakfast is good, all you could want. Friendly staff and the AC blows cold.

Fantastic service, nice pool, and friendly staff. Had a great time and would definitely come back again. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very helpful you can also arrange bus tickets directly from the hotel at the same price, so there’s no need to go to the bus station.

Wonderful location only 900m from the main attractions like the Old Market and Pub Street! It’s quite peaceful, and I had a very good sleep
