Location. Pool bar. Complimentary breakfast buffet.

It is in need of an update. Starting to show it?s age.Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathrooms in particular need updating. Shower plumbing especially. Cleanliness of the room was subpar when we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sanctuary Residence. All the staff are beautiful attentive friendly people and did everything they could to make sure we had a fabulous time. They even gave us a departing gift that we will wear with pride. Love love loved it there and will definitely stay there again when we come back ?

This is a must stay property if you are visiting Siem Reap! The staff could not do enough for you and the facilities were outstanding. The pool area was stunning and perfect for cooling off. The food from the hotel was also really delicious. An absolute bargain we would have stayed longer and will definitely return!

My stay at the Sanctuary Residence, my first and second day in Cambodia, was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Despite contacting them over a month later for documentation to send to my university, they kindly obliged within one working day, which was extremely helpful. Their administration is clearly in order!

Honestly, there wasn't really anything I didn't like. It was a beautiful place to stay and I'd recommend anyone do the same. After a 10,000km transit on three international flights from the UK, my airport transfer, as organised by the hotel through the Booking.com direct messaging section, was waiting for me as planned. Communication was faultless.

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Good location. It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet

Great staff. They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel restaurant does good food and cocktails.

when we check staff wasn’t tell us anything about the hotel facilities, restaurant opening hours for breakfast or dinner. We tried to book a hotel shuttle bus from airport to the hotel no one responds our message. I have to call them to confirm that before my departure. the cleanliness and standard of the bathroom was horrible

the amenities are great. it’s a peaceful place. the staff is fantastic! they are so kind and proactive. I’d recommend this place to everyone coming to Seam Reap. The vibe and the nature surrounding the hotel is magical. I loved waking up with the sound of birds and green landscape.

The hotel is good. It's very fascinating that he was greeted and taken to the place. Very good tour i ankor wat. After being stopped, the driver showed all the temples. I appreciate it well

poor Vegetarian Breakfast, Dirty Pool , put me in another hotel though having confirmed reservations changed to hotel after one night elsewhere.

the location is very convenient, you can walk everywhere and the pool and the overall garden is nice. shadowed places to chill.

the room was nice but the bathroom was not living up to the image of the room. the drainage was leaking so we always had foul water smell in the room. the overall deep cleaning need to be improved. instead of real cleaning they just quickly wipe over the surface and than put on scented candles or use room spray…I addressed those topics in a professional manner but think other travellers should know. I went to a supermarket and got dettol and dettol wipes and cleaned my bath myself another thing others should know is that the hotel has a function room - which is located on the garden - and poorly soundproof. so prepare to be woken up before 7 by loud chatting of over 50 people or day long sales training and motivation camps.

The hotel is located not far from the airport and within walking distance to the city center where you can find shops, supermarkets and nice restaurants to have lunch/dinner.The residence itself is a nice place with two pools and an old gym (no cardio machines though). The room was actually very big and spacious, had fridge, desk... However, it feels like whenever I was leaving the room electricity (including fridge) wasn't working...

There were some corporate events during my stay so the first morning I woke up at 6:30am because a group of around 20 people were downstairs in the yard talking and laughing loudly... I mean seriously, at 6:30? And that was two days in a row...On the same first morning I woke up again at 8am because the lady who wanted to clean the room was loudly shouting and knocking on my door and then without getting any response (I literally just opened my eyes and was trying to figure out what was going on) just opened the door... Luckily I extra locked it...

The staffs are very nice. the property is fair for the price but the the bathroom is very old and have lots of black mould on the bathroom area. you should not expect the property as the picture

the hotel hired a tuk tuk for me and the guy try to charge us more money, took us to buy SIM card that is 3 times the price. and the hotel was confused of the bill with travel guide. it was quite stressful to deal with all this during the holiday and luckily booking.com help me to resolve issue.

Nice hotel but a bit tired.... In need of refurbishment in some rooms.Staff fabulous and very helpful
