The service was fantastic, hotel staff was were very helpful and attentive. The facility was gorgeous, clean and peaceful.

We loved everything about this hotel, we definitely want to stay again!

Beautiful, huge room, very comfortable and clean. Location is a short tuktuk ride to the pub street / night market area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Spa was nice, food was good. Breakfast was tasty, with small but adequate range of items. Would stay here again.

Most things were very good. Property / rooms could do with minor touch ups. Everything was clean & well maintained but squeaky bathroom door for example. Not many things nearby to walk to easily, but they provide tuktuk to Central Area.

A magical place to stay, the room was immaculate and spacious beyond belief. First class , best ever accommodation in Cambodia. Amazing staff. Can't recommend it highly enough! Looking forward to returning soon!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect stay

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is what this property gives you. The distance to downtown is around 5mins tuktuk ride but is taken care (free) of at least between 5-8pm.

Sofa bed could have been better.

Very spacious room and bathroom. The gardens and pool area are fabulous. Great Spa where you can relax after an intense day of excursions. All the hotel staff are very nice. They are always attentive to everything you may need to make you feel confortable. Special mention to the lovely Leah and June, who we will always remember for their kindness and smiles. Thank you all very much for making our stay unforgettable.

Our room was STUNNING!! Really spacious, extremely comfortable bed, the biggest bath I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was great. The pool area was beautiful with comfortable loungers. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly can’t fault this hotel at all.

Everything was perfect!

We were looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, so the location is ideal for us. However, it is only about 2km from the city center which is easily reachable by tuk-tuk (the hotel does provide a one-way free tuk-tuk service daily until 8 pm)The property is huge but the number of units is limited. This was good as we had a huge room and at no point did we feel there was a crowd, Both the room and bathroom were huge and it was nice that the toiletries given were a blend of natural ingredients. The breakfast was not huge but sufficient and there was a mixture of Western and local options.The staff were really helpful and were always at hand to provide any assistance we needed.

Wonderful and peaceful place in Siem Reap! Superb hospitality, kids friendly, amazing pool. Totally recommend.

Nice and big family room with enough space for two adults and two kids.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lucky even went through the effort of learning our names.Swimming pool area is cozy and surrounded by green, giving a bit of a jungle vibe.Breakfast buffet was very good. Mix of salad bar, fruit, and both western and eastern food. Excellent coffee. Quality was great but selection may be a bit smaller than I would have liked. For example, sausages and bacon were not available. I also did not see noodle soup.Complimentary cocktails and mocktails by the pool during happy hour every day.Free tuktuk to the center. Hotel also provides drivers and translators for visitors to the temples.All in all, a good hotel for visitors to Siem Reap that want to stay outside the city center in a quieter neighborhood.

The services in the neighborhood are quite limited. You can find laundry, coffee places, and some restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, but you need a tuktuk to the center to get a proper selection

The villa was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and eager to please. Spa and restaurant on site with transport available on request. I regret waiting till the last day to use the spa as I had a facial which was lovely

Booked a massage on the last day only to be told upon arrival for appointment that it was not available as was giving a foot massage to another client

Amazing stay, cannot ask for anything more! The hotel and the rooms have a lot of style, swimming pool area is fantastic, breakfast is delicious…and massage is the cherry on top! Staff is always available for anything you ask and super kind. Even if we did check out, they let us use all the facilities till very late…thank you!!!

From the moment we arrived everything was fabulous. The driver meet us at the airport, cool water in the car. The hotel arrange private tours with English speaking guide (Mr T / Sothy) to Kulen Mountain & Sunrise Angkor Wat. Cocktails great and free daily massage! Couldn’t have enjoyed our time more. The staff could not have done more to help make our stay enjoyable. From the friendly front desk service to the amazing massage staff - everyone was warm and welcoming from the minute we landed at the airport! The room we had was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It is nice and peaceful but is around a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre (which didn’t bother us as there was always a tuk tuk available whenever we wanted to go somewhere.)

The bath in the pool suite room is HUGE - so if you want a bath, plan it hours in advance.

Beautiful resort in Siem Reap. Staff was professional and customer oriented. The stay included free breakfast, cocktails in the afternoon and complimentary massage which is haven after a day of sightseeing around Ankor Wat. Great value for money. We will be back ?

Charming property. I liked that it was a bit out of the city center. Lovely pool. Wonderful massages. Best of all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Made us feel like royalty!

Beautiful well cared for grounds, nice room, comfortable beds. Quiet while we were there but can imagine the pool area could get busy if there were a lot of guests staying. The staff were outstanding in their service. My daughter left her ear pods by the pool one day and the staff presented them to her at breakfast. Good detective work and a hugely grateful daughter. Breakfasts were generous and tasty. I loved the free trips into town by our friendly TukTuk driver affiliated to the hotel. He was great.

I guess the short distance from the centre of town could be seen as a drawback but the free journeys into the town centre made up for that. Also I preferred the peace and quiet around the pool area.

The place was amazing from Design uniqueness, cleanliness and Service. Thumbs Up
