Water feature on entry needs cleaning and waterfall needs resurfacing. Area looked a bit run down at first glance, but was fine and very handy.

The size of the room was great. Location great if don't want to be right in the heart of the action but still close enough to work to it.

Jessie was especially helpful — she went above and beyond by informing us about options for getting around and arranging for an electric tuk tuk to be delivered directly to the hotel, which allowed us to explore the Angkor Wat temple complex on our own.Their genuine care, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the stay truly memorable. I’m very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend RiverSoul to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would happily stay here again.”

Rooster from 5-8am but anywhere you stay in the area and if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear it.

We arrived at like 5 AM and the hotel looked closed with all the lights closed so we doubted the location. Thankfully the tuktuk driver the hotel booked for us woke up the receptionist and assured us it's the correct location. No major issue with that though. Additionally, the restaurant isn't exactly up to modern standards. It's not essentially part of our stay but it's part of the property. The food is good but it took them like an hour to serve it and they serve it separately so my partner had already finished hers when mine arrived. Could be good though if you're just killing time instead of waiting in the lobby.

We appreciated the hotel's central location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our poolside suite was bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. Overall a very charming hotel. Nice breakfast with excellent coffee and fresh juices.

Due to the humid climate at the end of the rainy season, the room smelled musty and I had allergic reactions to the mildew. The staff was very friendly and eager to please but spoke very little English. The spa was not very upscale.

Great location. Food was good and well priced. Staff were lovely. I’d stay here again.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes. And a noisy rooster next door.

The location is great and all the staff are kind, helpful, and respectful. The room is comfortable and clean. I did not try the restaurant and the pool. I will certainly go back. Thank you Riversoul for a great welcome!!

The Staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! Their objective is to be of service and provide for the guests. They genuinely care and take great pride in their work.Location is excellent, and within walking distance to local and nearby areas for dining, shopping, etc.Great value for the cost. Thank you, Riversoul.

The shower could have used a deep clean as there was mold in a few areas on the "shelf" area where the soap bottles are displayed.

Beautifully designed little hotel, now sadly in decline. Pool was only able to be used on 3 days out of 5 due to filtration problems

Maintenance of the property is failing its original gorgeous design. Furniture looking a bit shabby, handrails on balcony need repainting.Pool water feature no longer operating and the odd pool tile has fallen off and not been replaced.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, great location and very nice large rooms. The pool is also a refreshing dip

The location was great, the room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were also great. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap

The first two days we couldn’t use the pool, which was a shame, but on the final day when we could it was lovely

Very decent accomodation in Siem Reap. We only stayed 2 nights. Staff at check in were really nice, excellent english. Great location, peaceful but close to eateries.

Great location, beautiful decoration, spacious room, nice swimming pool and amazing staff. We also loved all the food from the restaurant.Our family loved the Riversoul Boutique. It was the perfect base place to explore Siem Reap and the temples. We would definitely stay there again.
