Central Suite Residence

The staff treated everyone like royalty. These people should host trainings for the best hotels in the world. The best service I've ever received. The location was perfect. Thank you 'hotel employee

Customer service

Excellent breakfast every morning. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very good location close to pub street but off the main road so it is very quiet and serene. WIfi is solid.

Hot water for the shower was hit or miss in the morning.

Service staffs are amazing

Nice and clean. Perfect location

The property was a short walk to Pub Street but hidden away from the noise. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

I have stayed in Siem Reap MANY times throughout the years. This is my favorite hotel for value, comfort, friendly staff, nice pool and location! Thank you so much for the amazing staff who surprised me with a birthday cake! You will not be disappointed with this hotel!

It's great! But pick a quiet room if you do not like outside night noise.

We liked the staff and the location the most

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast food provided and there was ants on the table for breakfast food

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The place is right near Pub Street and very easy to walk around to everything. I love the swim up bar at the pool. It is stunning. I can't say enough how beautiful this hotel is except that I am booking again for next year. ?

Nothing is bad about this hotel. The place is perfect.

Very clean, functional, well located in the city centre, yet quiet. But first and foremost, very pleasant and helpful staff. Special thanks to Bong Tong and Bong Peter, and ALL other staffs

The property was immaculate. Beautiful spa like atmosphere. Centrally located. Walking distance to Pub Street and other choice areas

I have nothing negative to say

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, and so was the pool and the entrance area. The breakfast was also quite good. We would come back any time!

The hotel is in close proximity to the pub street and the party noise can be heard throughout the night. The hotel kindly provided earplugs though.

Excellent friendly staffComfortable bed, good airconLovely pool with swim up bar

The location was great as there are lots of good restaurants nearby. It is also close to pub street. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. I loved that each time I returned to the hotel I was greeted with a cold towel.

My only complaint was that the WiFi wasn’t very good. My room was on the 2nd floor and I had connection issues. I’d imagine it’s even worse on the 3rd and 4th floors

This hotel is very close to Pub Street and the Night Market and the river so great location within minutes walking distance. The reception area and pool are nice. The room was very big (junior suite) and bed was comfortable and decorated beautifully with a towel swan and lotus flowers for our honeymoon … thankyou ?The standout here is the staff, they are amazing and can’t do enough for you. The hotel manager welcoming you with a lovely scarf which I used at Angkor is a lovely touch. And reception staff waving us off as we left. Always asking if we need anything. The breakfast was good with an egg station. The hotel is great value for money also. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Balcony view was not good.

Simply one the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The secret? The fantastic employees. All of them are fantastic ambassadors of the amazing Cambodian hospitality that makes this wonderful country a place everyone should visit at least once. From the friendly reception staff who made a point of chatting with us about our day, to the great cocktails whipped up by the lovely Mickey at the beautiful pool bar, to the quiet professionalism of the restaurant staff, all was part of an impeccable experience. Our room was clean and spacious, breakfast varied and tasty, and the location was perfect; near to the action of pub street, but a quiet haven to escape to also. Absolutely amazing stay thanks to everyone at the Central Suite Residence.

Nothing. Was perfect. Take me back there please!Book now!

From the time we arrived the staff are so friendly, they remembered our names and greeted us,our rooms were spacious and clean the beds are so comfortable, breakfast was amazing with such a wide choice,we needed to stay an extra 2 nights, they moved all our luggage to our new rooms while we went out for the day,our stay here has been truly fabulous.

Genuinely can't think of anything

Perfect location, less than 5 minutes to restaurants, pub street and night markets. Very comfortable and clean. The nicest staff I've met, everyone was very polite and helpful. Very clean, large room, with everything needed. Perfect massages!

Very nice hotel , staff are super friendly!! very close to all the action around pub street restaurants. Markets and clubs ….

Rooms are pretty small for a 3 bed room! Same size as a double!

The staff were amazing, so friendly and personable. Great location, good room, great pool and pool bar, restaurant food lovely. They organised our temple tours which worked really well.

We loved everything.

It was elegant, modern, tasteful and well located. The staff was over-the-top lovely and gracious. 5 stars.

There was absolutely nothing I objected to or would change
