Had an amazing experience at this beautiful mini resort. General manager and his fabulous team catered to our every need including early check-in and late check-out. Hotel employees were great employees!

Despite warm accommodations, I did get food poisoning during the end of my stay which I believe was obtained from eating their club sandwich one night. Hotel offered to call a doctor the next morning; I politely declined as it wasn’t needed any longer.

The room was spacious. Great deep bathtub separate from the shower. Complimentary a-la-carte breakfast. Just order as you wish. Staff could not have been any kinder.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is located a bit from the city center and therefor nice and quiet. Would absolutely go back here!

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel driver. Always punctual, courteous, and professional (Phanna) made every journey comfortable and stress free. The variety and quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Phanna, Linch, Sammi, Shampo, and Mr Somphoon.

Only the mosquitoes were a bit annoying otherwise all good.

Staff was great, good swimming pool and breakfast was excellent. Great place to rest after the temples visit.

Some parts of the hotel needed more maintenance.

The acommodation was really great. The mini resort is very green, the atmosphere is chill, comparing with outside world, is like an oasis. The pool has amazing light at sunset.Good breakfast also. We would come back anytime.

The lawns and gardens are well groomed and beautiful. Lots of natural beauty. I could hear all kinds of birds, and possibly a hornbill, tweeting in the mornings and afternoons. It was quite serene. Terrific pool with beautiful views of open fields. Very quiet. Decent gym that can accommodate 2-3 people comfortably with big floor to ceiling windows.The room's internal infrastructure is excellent. Stone, marble, and wood -beautifully designed with a modern, sleek look; it felt like I was inside of a Scandinavian architectural magazine. Extremely spacious.We had the ground floor room which included a nice garden with lawn seats and tables. Excellent walk-in shower, beautiful stone bathtub with a (discreet) view of the natural outdoors; very spacious bathroom. Nice fluffy pillows and terrific sofa bed which my 8-yr old son fit comfortably in; the staff kindly brought over and set-up the bedsheets for his sofa bed. He was really happy :)Wonderful staff. Very sincere and helpful. Good coffee at the breakfast hall with decent americano and espresso options. The roast was a bit too dark for my taste, but that's just me.Terrific location. A 15-minute walk from pub street. Laundry service a 3 min-walk. Pharmacy right next door. A couple of restaurants down the street. Tuk-tuks always available.

I wish they had a selection of foods to cater for vegetarian/vegan eaters. Something like oats, chia seeds, almond/oat milk would have been great. Maybe some coconut milk as well.

Very pleasant landscaping. The stone tub was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The soap provided was tiny. I got my own at a shop in town.

We've been here many times before, and everything is the best at the resort. Staff, food n facilities are top. Staff even went extra miles to clean our super dirty vehicle after off-roading on Kulen Mountain. We're so grateful for such a very personal touch when it comes down to amazing staff. Loved it. Definitely recommend.

So Seren, the facility is super great for the price on Green season. Would love to visit again and stay longer for lazy days!

The bathroom floor is always wet, need to have proper fix so it's more hygienic, since I don't like wet floor, however the bathtub is amazing.

Very affordable and spacious room. The pool is one of the best swimming pools in Siem Reap. It has such an amazing view in sunset.

The gym needs to be maintained. The AC didn’t work, some machines are broken.

Breakfast is not good. There is a lot of food but not the right breakfast for Europeans. Don´t put a sign with Home made bread if its very obvious not home made.

I have two favorite hotels in Siem Reap, and this is one of them. Perfect location and excellent value for money.

The hotel might consider changing their toiletries' supplier.

It's a well appointed resort! The staff is extremely helpful, especially in arranging the tours.The rooms are FABULOUS! Huge and spacious!The breakfast spread is amazing too.

Nothing to dislike.

The palacial rooms, lovely grounds, great breakfast spread, and good restaurant are all awesome to begin with. But what really makes this place is the warm staff. And they arrange well-priced excursions with the team of Yanos and Phanna, who thoughtfully tailor the itinerary to your special interests. Incredible find and unbelievable value.

I wish Hillocks offered at least one healthy cereal at breakfast (such as a muesli). And their price for having laundry done is too high--but just around the corner is a superb wash-dry-fold business at $1 per kilo, so you'll have other options!

Great place, spacious room, awesome staff and decent breakfast. Around 20 min away from temples by bike, in a rather quiet area.Would definitely go back.

We had a short power outage one night, no big deal.Rooms are pretty big so a single AC may take a little to cool down the place.

It's a nice place to stay. Excellent staff. Lush greenery throughout the resort. You can enjoy sounds of birds & bees...

Housekeeping of the rooms need to be done professionally. It's not so as of now.

This hotel is really great. We took it for two nights while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff is really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds were OK. The hotel is very green and full of nature. It was pleasant to relax outside in the evening.The breakfast was top! Great choice and a lot, I mean really A LOT of fruits. Given that it is relatively cheap, the value for money is extraordinary good. I can highly recommend this hotel.
