Amatak Boutique Hotel

The room was spacious and beautifully cleaned every morning. All staff were exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was good but traditional options a much better quality than western options.

The small outdoor area was sadly neglected and not really fit for purpose. The outdoor bath has seen better days and probably best to move to give a little more space. Could be pretty area with a bit of tlc. Out of town but 2 dollars to get into town. Big problem with mosquitoes, need nets in room. Meeting place for conferences which can be noisy and leaves restaurant unavailable for guests.

Staff not respect the guests , cleaners walking under doors and laughing, talking laud , singing songs . Kitchen staff no respect to guests as well . Come for breakfast, we was only one couple for this time but it not mean you can ignore your guests and speak laud in kitchen which was in front of us , speak laud , laughing, and singing song . I told to staff to tell them to be more quite as I want peace on my breakfast and I don’t want they sing songs , the supervisor told me that they not sing , which was totally rude . Reception in the check out was missed to put beer I bought day before when I tell that there missing one bottle , she try to charge me more from what was in price list , I ask why like this ? She told me cos there is 10% VaT on the top to the price , however for previous my bill I not got VAT added as I as a guest get 10 % discount on food & beverage. So I ask her why you on previous bill include 10 % vat but for this item which you missed and I tell you add VAT ?? Receptionist could explain . Which mean it is depend on them when they add when they not add .

Lovely hotel, tranquil. Gorgeous grounds, especially the restaurant garden. Stayed in the family suite with plunge pool - very comfortable and large rooms.

Really lovely hotel and staff. The hotel has in-house restaurant in a stunning garden area, a large pool in lush setting with sunbeds. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Stayed in the family suite with private pool, 2 large bedrooms with bathroom and separate sitting room and a gorgeous courtyard and plunge pool - bliss

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was very beautiful, clean and big. The private pool was also perfect. We had a real nice time there.

As it is a two bedroom apartment, it would have been nice to have a thin door for the bathroom (one additional than the one for the shower and toilet). Also, the personnel are quiet and polite but they were not very helpful when we asked for different advice and recommendations.

Wish we could have stayed longer the pool was fantastic and everything was so nice and comfortable about the rooms. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend no issues or problems

Spacious rooms in a nice surrounding. Beautiful pool are. Great breakfast. Very friendly team makes you feel comfortable. 5 min from pub street by Tuk Tuk.

Great stay in every way: welcoming staff, great facilities. The location is close to tourist area but more quite and pleasant. Breakfast with many western and asian options. Hotel can arrange tuktuk for good price for temple and other visits. Loved the pool.

A beautiful stay here at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant had an amazing chef and the waiters were so forthcoming. I was sceptical eating sushi there, but it was so fresh and delicious. Even our 5 year old son enjoyed the kitchen there. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds were very comfortable. The pool area was such a beautiful place to relax. We organized our tour to Angkor via the hotel and it was great. We will definitely visit again

The bed was like sleeping in heaven! It was great having the TV with all the different streaming services too.The pool area was lovely and the perfect balance to a hot day at the temples.The hotel staff were very helpful and organised a rental bike to be delivered to my hotel. They also booked me an airport shuttle bus which was considerably cheaper than a private taxi.All in all a great stay at Amatak!

You need to be prepared to tuk tuk everywhere or get your own transport as it's a 12/15mins ride away from town. Too far to walk.The gym wasn't very functional. No weight bench and the weights were too light.
