Cheathata CTS Hotel Siem Reap

When we check out from the hotel, I accidentally forget our married ring in the bathroom. I called the hotel and the staff immediately help to check it for me. They found it and keep it safe for us. Really really appreciate their help. Thank you so much ?

Nice hotel, location is good and easy to go around. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also help organize sightseeing tour, very clear and no problem. Overall good stay.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Superb location: close to Pub Street but on a quiet lane. Daily cleaning. The pool is clean. There's a spa nearby, and you can order a massage to your room. Delicious breakfasts with a choice (omelet or fried eggs for the hot option). Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff and excellent location. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although my room did not have a window, it was not a problem for me at all—in fact, it was perfect because I needed a quiet and peaceful room. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

I’m so glad I did, because everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The service was outstanding—every staff member I met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.I also booked my tour itinerary through the hotel, and the price was very reasonable compared to other offers I saw. Everything was well-organized, making my trip smooth and enjoyable.Overall, Cheathata Hotel offers great value for money, wonderful hospitality, and a perfect location for anyone visiting Siem Reap.I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Sadly my reserved rooms had a strongly bad smell of mold, which we were unable to stay. Spent 2 hours after a long bus ride looked for a hotel to stay ed.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with everything just a few steps away. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring high-end bedside light controls that made the stay feel modern and luxurious. The highlight was the rooftop swimming pool, offering a perfect place to relax with amazing views. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

The staff - ll of them. From reception, housekeeping and the restaurant all top tier. The hotel is beautiful inside and the outside it well kept too. We stayed here for 2 weeks in 4 different rooms. Initially we booked for 4 nights but loved the location, room 264, everything, so we made 2 more bookings to stay a full 2 weeks. They were so booked, we can now see why, that we had 3 very different rooms set to stay in. Each room change they accommodated us and had housekeeping work OT to get the rooms ready so there were seamless moves and no waiting for hours in the lobby. The pool area was great and they had towels and staff to make drinks or order food if you wanted. The bigger rooms had both a shower and tub, tons of natural light, balconies, etc. Pay attention to the listings for each room. If it doesn’t say balcony a you won’t have an outside window - just a window to the hallway. Zero natural light. They were setting up for. Christmas while we were there so our son loved seeing the Christmas tree. The morning buffet was changed daily on repeat. It was okay. Nothing special but the staff was great. You also can order eggs any way you like them. We stayed in room 264 was fantastic. Huge. Beautiful, and the best WiFi well room we had out of the 4 rooms.

WiFi. Not good or consistent. It went out lots of times during our stay. The lobby had consistent WiFi when it was on though. At one point they did bring us a WiFi extender but it kept losing signal. We almost left the hotel because of it as I’m a content creator and we have online businesses we manage. We are full-time travelers and know they SE Asia can be hit or miss with WiFi so we stayed just because they were so great about it. Also( that room with no window? Room 158. Felt like a closet. Zero WiFi signal unless you sat by the door or went in the hallway. We hadn’t realized there was no window. The manager moved us to another room, for no extra charge the next day, 268 and it was great. No wifi on rooftop either.
