Ladear Angkor Boutique Hotel

The hotel was very nice. Two pools and the breakfast options were pretty good. We have a great view of one of the pools and it was so quiet at night that we just enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. As a guest at the hotel you also get a coupon for the spa which was great!

The beds felt as though they were as hard as rocks.

Amazing trip, kind hotel staff and they gave us a free upgrade. It was the most relaxing part of the holiday in Asia for us.

Walking into town in the heat was not great, but there are tuk tuks for a dollar to take you to the centre

Beautiful property on Wat Bao street, with a 10 min walk from pub street, cafes, and night market. The staff was friendly and helped us with booking aspara dance and buffet dinner.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The one minor disappointment was that the TV was not working and I suspect it had not for a while; it would have been nice had they mentioned this when we checked, but I repeat - this is one very small issue whereas the outstandingly friendly staff made our stay wonderful.

the staff made the property the amazing place it was, all of the staff the reception, the bar and restaurant staff were truly amazing and polite and helpful in any way they could be. The pool was very peaceful and quiet and surrounded by greenery

there was hardly any hot water, I booked a room with a bathtub, however, was not possible to have a bath. also, there were no TV channels, apparently the hotel had been cut off, it wasn’t really explained.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Extremely warm and friendly staff. My only regret is not tipping them more before I left for such a job well done. Accommodation was fantastic and the in-hotel menu was affordable yet delicious.

The location was great, just the other side of the river to the main area of restaurants. Pool was a great size and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean!

Sadly we had an issue with our door lock which meant we had to move rooms. The other room we got put in then had issues with the aircon and also had a weird smell. However, we were able to keep our belongings safe in there and then use our previous room to sleep in as we could lock the door from the inside. The staff were helpful for this inconvenience and tried their best to make it a pleasant stay. The breakfast although wasn’t great and didn’t have many options.

Staff is very friendly, Properties have two pools very nice and clean.Room is clean and large bed .The location full with garden, breakfast is good .The hotel near center can walking around 5minuts to pub street .In front hotel have many driver it possible go to visit Angkor Wat and to see sun set .

For my family is ok didn't see any to unlikely.We only stay one night with our small business.

In general, the hotel is excellent - the rooms are nice and comfortable, the view of the pool and the jungle is amazing, the decor is authentic. In addition, the hotel provides coupons for a foot massage at a very decent spa and free cocktails for stays of 3 nights or more. So, initially it's a perfect and not overpriced place to stay if you are OK with the following disadvantages

So, there are big buts that significantly spoiled the stay. Firstly, we were not given slippers for 3 days, although they constantly said "now", "tomorrow after cleaning", etc. Is it difficult to buy them if the guest already insists? Besides, room was never cleaned. Secondly, on the first day, hot water did not work and we had to wait late in the evening for 15 minutes until the staff sorted it out. Thirdly, a bathroom was an essential condition for me, but in fact it was not possible to take a bath. The water was drawn extremely slowly, in half an hour it wasn’t enough, I added lush foam (specially brought from Korea, worth $ 10). And this foam flowed away in 3 minutes, because it turned out that the water was leaking! And after the story with slippers, I understood that the staff would not do anything. Finally, the breakfasts were also not very pleasant, because there is actually no buffet, you choose from several options on the menu and there are a lot of mosquitoes

reception staff & especially the supervisor she was really friendly and had a sense of humor Ms Mony gave us some great tips on what to do in SR. the kitchen staff could be a bit quicker when cooking breakfast.

We like it very much, actually by far the best accommodation in Cambodia. Good location 7' walk to central market and places, on a quiet street, clean and decent decoration with taste, swimming pool was amazing after Angkor tours and most of the ti. e we where the only ones in it. All the staff from reception were amazing helpfull, we could do the check out bit later and check in very early morning as our bus arrived at 4am. Complementary foot massage & cocktails that where both good quality. We will be back one day!

breakfast was a bit boring and repetitive after 1 day, except the fresh fruit. Juice could be real one as there is an abundance of cheap fruits in Cambodia. Also some vegetables added to egs/omelette. Neither the Asian breakfast was batter.
