property changed the booking.com price as I was boarding the plane to get there. said it was a rate error, but sounds as if they were trying to recoup the booking.com discount or force me to pay for breakfast which wasn’t worth it.

Location was perfect for us, a 12 minute easy walk to Pub Street or $1.50 in a tuk tuk when it is too hot. The whole set up they have is so relaxing. Two swimming pools, a bar and a restaurant means that some days you can just hang around and chill. The staff are all young and really enthusiastic and helpful. They provide towels for the pool too. The bed was really comfy. The shower and provided toiletries very good. Also, there is a fridge in the room and a kettle with coffee and tea provided every day. Room cleaned as often as you want. We got a special deal with breakfast included, two free welcome cocktails and two free 20 minute foot massages. Everyone, also, gets a free welcome drink on arrival which is a nice gesture. Breakfast is a buffet with something to suit everyone, although not a massive selection.

The reception staff speak good English but staff in the bar and restaurant are difficult to communicate with...just brush up on your charades!! There is a tv in the room but no international channels. Our balcony had a table but no chairs to sit, although our aircon fan was there giving out heat so it was uncomfortable to sit anyway.

We liked everything! The staff were so friendly as soon as we arrived. If you stay for 3 days or more you get a free cocktail and free foot massage which was really nice.Our pool access room was incredible for such a cheap price. The pool and the room was cleaned daily and it was spotless. The hotel is in a fantastic location, lots of restaurants on the same street. A one dollar tuk tuk trip away from the pub street.

A fantastic hotel to stay, very helpful and polite staff, speaking good English, totally 'at your service' attitude, the inner courtyard of the place is a lush garden, it's peaceful, our room was spacious, comfy and clean, we enjoyed every minute, great bathroom/shower, space to hang clothes, water cooker, coffee/tea in the room, good cocktails, we definitely would come here again

1) Bad Sim card internet connection on this location. Wifi is the same also poor. These troubles because of the location of the hotel I think.NOT SUITABLE IF YOU NEED TO WORK.2) You will be lucky if you have good room from the check-in at first time. Be careful, ask staff to show 2-3 rooms before live.

Staff were all lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, vouchers for cocktail and foot massage were huge pluses on arrival for us.

The staff are very helpful if there any problems. The location is 10-15 walk from Pub Street. No need for a Tuk tuk.

The internet was poor and the staff had to lend a router.Breakfast was very limited with no cereal option.The shower head in the shower had 100 nozzles (10x10) but it had clearly never been cleaned because water came through approximately 30%. A simple problem to solve and would make showering so much more enjoyable and show management really look at the detail and care about standards.Beware of coconuts falling near the pool. Very dangerous.Lastly, if you can’t stand mosquitoes then avoid. There is so much vegetation that they thrive and even if you do protect you will still probably get bitten.

As great as the first time. It was my second time there. love the facilities and staff! My coffee maker did not work in my room, so they offered a coffee at the restaurant. If there is a problem, they will find a solution! Loved it !

This property and more importantly the staff were absolutely amazing!! From the moment we arrive the lady at reception was welcoming and inviting, we felt so comfortable and she explained everything. The hotel has 2 lovely pools, they have a happy hour from 6-8pm where you can buy 2 get 1 cocktail for free and they included a decent buffet breakfast. The property is located an easy walk to the centre of Siem Reap but not right in the centre so it was nice and quiet at night. The staff also helped us with transfers from the airport and a driver to Phnom Penh. Whilst the rooms are a little dated, the customer services was outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t too much that we didn’t like about the property. The beds were quite hard and we had a room on the ground floor which had a view to a brick wall which wasn’t great, but we were hardly in the room so it didn’t matter.
