Angkor Mansion & Residence

It had a 2 bedroom and the location.

Small lobby

The location, service, rooms and pool were great. Perfect hotel for our vacation. They set up our tours for each day making everything easy. Good breakfast.

We enjoyed staying at the Angkor Mansion. The location was great and staff were the most kind, polite, accommodating, and professional. Service was great. Our room was spacious with comfortable bed and plenty storage space. We had everything we need to cook breakfast at the kitchen. The apartment complex has pool, gym and saunas. We appreciated all of that. The facility is super clean. Highly recommended

A sofa will be a nice addition to the apartment. Also, temperature in refrigerator was low. Some of our food got spoiled, but no problem. It could be fix if we would realize it earlier.

PROS:- Location was close enough to walk to places of interest and grab a tuk-tuk, but far enough away to be quiet at night.- The room was clean, nicely designed, comfortable, had a smart TV, nice bathroom and shower, good AC.- The staff was friendly, and *tried to be helpful.- Our nightly rate for 6 nights was extremely fair (roughly $33).

CONS:- *Most of the staff did not speak English well enough to help us efficiently. Only Alex and one desk staff was proficient.- No suggestions on where to eat, buy groceries, good spas, etc.- Kitchen was not fully outfitted with normal utensils, toaster, microwave oven, but we managed and adjusted.

I love everything about the stay especially the interior is just how I like it. The bed was comfy the room was clean and importantly it has the washer and dryer in the room. The price also acceptable.

It was very little thing but I didn’t want to keep them in mind so I rather not talk about it since I love the stay so much.

Friendly staff. Large confrontable room. Close enough to walk or grab a tuk-tuk to go shopping or to Pub Street, but far away enough not to hear all the noise of the hustle and bustle.

breakfast options could be better, but it was delicious.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, good AC, and a fantastic shower and bathtub. The property also offers a nice small gym with free weights up to 20kg, a treadmill, cycling machine, and a multi-functional machine.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also, if you plan to cook, be aware that you need to request cooking equipment from the staff in advance. They usually leave around 5 pm, so we only received the items the following morning, even though we had already bought groceries for dinner. It would have been helpful if this was mentioned at check-in

This place runs like a hotel, but you get the space of a whole apartment with washer/dryer. Very spacious and clean. The pool was nice and they even have a sauna and steam room. Staff were extremely friendly. Location is about 5 minutes walk to major dining/shopping area. I would definitely recommend.

Everything. Great staff. We stayed in a King room with balcony, kitchen and washer/dryer. Fully equipped for cooking, just ask for it. Great value. Great A/C. Best place we've stayed so far, traveling Southeast Asia for 2 months.

Set menu for breakfast. But we cooked our own!

From quality washer-dryer, fridge and kitchenware, the amenities provided are superb for my apartment and excellent for all types of guests.

Clean modern apartment with kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Lovely welcoming staff! Small reasonable gym, nice pool.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. Very nice to stay here. Will stay here again when we come back here. Will recommend this with our family and friends.

Staff were amazing! Loved having kitchen, laundry and steam/sauna.

Location was just okay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great in walking distance to the night market, and good restaurants. Close to grocery stores and multiple pharmacies. Close by ATM. Hotel provides filter water and plenty of bottled water. Bakery and cafe next door for breakfast and snacks, ice cream etc. Lovely swimming pool to cool off. Washing machine and dryer perfect for traveling during very humid weather.

Since kitchen facility available, should provide kitchen towel, dish washing soap, sponge to wash dishes. Provide wastebasket in master bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff. The availability of the swimming pool, steam, and saunas. The location of the place (close to city center, pub street).

The first appearance, welcoming staff all the time, spacious room, comfortable, clean and nearby to walk around for food & pub street.

During the housekeeping they actually didn’t clean up the kitchen and wash all the cups etc.

Love the room , clean and spacious.

A little bit pricey for Siem reap

We loved everything from the staff to the location. We had a very relaxing stay.

The only issue we had was with the food but it is u understandable that traditional European dishes may be harder to cook than traditional Cambodian dishes

The staff team is amazing and really lovely! Their hospitality is exceptional, I will definitely be back here because of it. The location is perfect and nearby all the events during Khmer new years. There is nothing to dislike about the place.

Tremendous staff, so friendly and kind. Also the pool area was a surprising treat -- it was magnificent to have a wet and dry sauna to decompress in after a long day walking the temples. I'm so happy I stumbled on this gem.

Nothing I didn't like. It was really superb.
