YASODHARAPURA Residence

The place was clean but it needed a bit of refurbishment, our room had a bathroom that was leaking in the room...

The food and services like massage are cheaper in other places around (up to 25% cheaper)

Staff and location. Service

Pillow. Bed . Bathroom paper

nice breakfast. very friendly staff

no balcony, bumpy internet

Location was good, breakfast was ample and good. Room and bathroom were clean.Staff was very helpful. Best part is that they were able to arrange all transfers and tours at compatitive market rates and this was really convenient for us.

Room and bathroom were in a bit run down condition. Need renovation in future to keep maintained

Clean, comfortable, well located if you want to visit the temples

Great design nice pool friendly helpful stuff

Some part equipment like floor & Curtain of room need to improve

The hotel is a good option to visit Angkor Wat. The personal is attentive and friendly. Especially Thiv at the reception was most efficient and kind. She organized perfectly the transport to the site and to the airport.

I got badly beaten by bedbugs during the night. Apart from the hitching, I had to throw away of my luggage and clothes to be sure not to bring them back home. This was a distressing experience.

Great staff - friendly and helpful. Good restaurant (we had lunch there and the dishes were excellent). Clean rooms. Lobby is nice, rooms are a bit tired.

Drain in bathrooms is under the sink so half of the bathroom floor gets flooded when showering. That said, it drains and dries surprisingly quickly. Hot water is not consistent.

Good service, clean room staff friendly, value for money.

Bathroom is smaller

Perfect location. The sweetest staff that make you feel like home. Nice pool/bar and restaurant.

We loved our stay

Everything. The staffs were very professional and friendly. The service was top notch. Breakfast was good. They allowed to take shower at pool area after check out.

Maybe my comment will be deleted but it’s important to warn other that i have received scam emails via booking.com platform and WhatsApp message asking me to verify my credit card or else risk losing my booking despite paid in full in advance. After contacting the hotel I was informed their system got hacked. Beware! Internet connection in room was poor.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful room with all the mod cons, balcony, lovely comfy bed. We had 2 linked rooms for kids. Beautiful big pool area. Great breakfast and food. Really helpful staff who negotiated a discount for our onward boat. Right opposite the museum. Gorgeous lobby. Couldn't fault it at all.

Nothing!

Great staff, very professional and very clean. Loved the tuktuk outside so you can just go out and about.

There was no phone or TV service but we really didn't need it. The balcony was really just a big window.

Appreciated the early check in was provided around 12pm. The lady who preceded our check in is professional. I would say most of the team are friendly. Most part of hotel is surrounded by nature, beautiful and greenery.

Misinformation & communication regarding our breakfast inclusion on our extended stay which was made directly with hotel, but of course it was sorted out after a few minutes, not a big deal.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Glad that we can check in early. The Pool was clean. Breakfast was superb. We enjoy our stay.

Great service from staff. Dinner we had at the restaurant was great with reasonable price.

Everything was amazing! Good breakfast, supper supportive and nice stuff and clean rooms, clean AC as well, silent. Just relaxing hotel. Recommend

The location is great, the staff is very helpful

The WİFi has never worked properly

The staff were amazing. The location was pretty good. The pool was nice. Breakfast was average.

The shower in my bathroom was not good... Water pressure changed. One day it was fine, the next day the water dibbled out of the shower head.

Breakfast was great, a good spread, although I ended up getting the noodle soup and custom eggs for most mornings. The room was a good size, but the furniture is a little dated (if you really care), and the bed is a tad on the firmer side when compared to other places I've been (but by no means uncomfortable). The bathroom, while clean, definitely showed a little age. The staff was amazing. After a few days, even staff I've only talked to once knew my name when passing by the lobby, I was honestly impressed. While this location's furniture doesn't scream "fancy", the staff and service scream "home". So it depends on what is important to you ... furniture or service received. Oh yeah, very close to a supermarket, very close to the Angkor National Museum, much closer to Angkor Park than being near Pub Street. I personally think this is a better location than anything closer to Pub Street.

I didn't like the older furniture, but ... I didn't really care.
