Atmosphere was fantastic. Pool very refreshing. Staff - can't say enough as to how welcoming and helpful they are. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Terrific base in beautiful Siem Reap. Rooms and spaces with great design sense, enjoyable common areas and tasty breakfast (included) or other meals and funky cocktails. We were very happy!

Baby Elephant has a family feel. The owner really takes care of her staff, and in turn, they take care of their guests. All our needs were tended to. The menu is diverse, and the food was good.

This is an attractive little guest house with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and helpful.The food is pretty good. 10 minutes walk into the centre of town or easy to get a tuk tuk.We did yoga with a brilliant teacher and loved it! They gave us a takeaway breakfast as we got up at 5h.

We were a little disappointed with our room as the blinds for the window were broken so you could get no natural light and it was very dark.

Great staff. Really good breakfast. Spa for massage/facial very reasonable cost. Didn’t use pool but it looks nice. House dog and 2 cats were very friendly and playful.

This hotel is like a little oasis in Siem Reap. Tranquil, pretty and so relaxing. A lovely team of staff who were very helpful. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in the garden. We loved the pool after a day of walking round temples. Thank you BE for a fantastic stay.

The staff were incredible! They were friendly, supportive, I could not say enough about the staff. They were truly amazing. The pool was great and having a bar next to it was also nice. I liked the dog and cat on campus!

The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would have been better sleeping on the floor. I understand they like firm mattresses in Asia, but this was ridiculously bad. I asked for some extra sheets to make it comfortable but it did not work. Honestly for the value, ($75 USD per night) was VERY overpriced for what the place was. I hope the staff is paid well, because the accommodations were not worth $75 a night. With the underperforming shower, mattress that made me want to sleep on the floor, and the location next to burning trash and screaming neighbor children 24/7, it was not a good deal. The staff were amazing but we don't think we will be staying there again.

The location is great and the staff friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of healthy options.The dinner menu is also good.The location is quiet and yet still accessable on foot to the town center.

The rooms have become tired and a little threadbare, since our previous stay.Covid obviously had an effect on the investment and replacement of towels and sheets all of which need renewing.The access road has deteriorated and rubbish lines the sides of the track that leads to the hotel.

The staff were amazing! Loved the tranquility of the place. Great vibes! Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and most helpful staff.

Its a little place tugged away in a small lane. Perfect little get away for family and friends group. The hotel staff was very facilitating and helped with all the transportations. The rooms are spacious, simple but clean and practicable. We have been there the third time (first time 13 years ago) and it still has its familiar charme

Extremely kind and helpful staff as well as cute dog. Beautiful garden. Great value for money! Organized my bike for me, which had great quality. Also considered doing a yoga course they offer, but couldn’t get out of the comfy bed in time :)

So happy we found and stayed at this little gem of a hotel! Tucked away down a side street it is super quiet and peaceful, room was great, loved the hotel dog and the restaurant is delicious. We ate there several times! The staff is nothing short of amazing and really help make this place special ⭐️

The overall design of the hotel was fine. They pack a lot into a small footprint with a nice pool, loungers, bar, restaurant, spa, yoga studio etc. Staff are very friendly and rooms are a decent size. I like the mission of the community and education focused nature of the hotel.

Its billed as "ethical luxury" but I felt that the mission of the hotel (supporting of education of the tourism sector in the local community) was used to cut corners. The staff were friendly and wanted to help, but were not very efficient and helpful with requests (training issues?). Speed was slow, food and drink was average. We stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned at all in that time (environmental reasons?).

There needs to be a management presence and the staff need to be given more information and basic tools such as maps of Angkor to give to guests.

We loved the spa and got massages there every day. We also enjoyed the restaurant around the corner called Golden Cafe and ate there everyday because it is delicious and cheap. We got picked up for all of our activities. It is a good location.
