Breakfast was fantastic and bed extremely comfortable would return

A few far from main part but you get peace and quiet there which is what I wanted anyway

The bed was very comfortable

The water didn't get hot and the Air com didn't get very cold. And I was on the first floor and the noise from the people living in back was terrible.

It's a bit remote from the busy and noisy streets of Siem Reap, clean and the personnel where very helpful with our needs on our short stay in Siem Reap. Perfect value for money

The staff are super lovely. It very much is service with a smile. They are very friendly and informative and accommodating.The hotel itself offers luxury - with a king-sized, semi-firm mattress; a rainfall showerhead with high temperatures and strong pressure; as well as A/C.Since the hotel is located a little out from the center, it is also very quiet.

I just don't think I'm the market for this hotel. I'm single, childless, young. That was not the profile of the other guests. Also, the food left much to be desired, both their breakfast buffet, and the lunch à la carte.But I would not stop you from staying there. Again, the staff is lovely. I was offered an upgrade!

Great location. Incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful room. The management and staff is very helpful and nice. So clean. If the room had some soundproofing, it would have been perfect!

The only rooms with windows are on the street and are not insulated. There is a band at the Hard Rock until 2am at least and the traffic on the road is very loud. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones the whole time. Inside rooms are probably quieter but have no windows. Pool does not get any sun.

Good location, very clean, good breakfast

This is really a spotless hotel! We had some second thoughts when we first saw the location, but it transpired to be a very peaceful place with nice restaurants and bars (which gives you a good opportunity to escape the crazy tourist center ☺️)

The staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect to explore Siem Reap and the surrounding area.

The room was large, very clean. The staff were all very lovely. Breakfast was good. the pool was great. The decor in the hotel is very nice

Initially I was concerned about the location being not so close to town but that did not end up being a problem as it was nice and quiet and tuk tuk to town was quick and cheap

A little bit outside of the central area of the city (Pub Street), but you can walk it in 10-15 minutes.

The staff are excellent, exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also great and with great service. The location is very convent to the main town and market areas by tuk tuk, also walkable but tuk tuk is better and only about $2 to get anywhere in town. The hotel staff are more than happy to call for a tuk tuk anytime. The property is spotless and very comfortable, a great value for what you get. Highly recommended.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They liaised with a driver who took us to see the sights and booked bus tickets for us. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful displays of fresh flowers. Our room was comfortable and very clean and the pool was great. The hotel is in a good location close to the centre of Siem Reap and has many shops close by. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

A beautiful hotel with a high quality and attractive interior, comfortable room with all you need and in good condition.

The staff were not at the same standard as the hotel itself, the breakfast was small and over priced. They were unable to help with simple tasks such as calling a taxi. The AC was not turned on in the corridors or public areas as we were the only guests. Really not sure why it was empty? The location is a little out of the main streets around 20 mins walsk but only 5 mins in a Rickshaw costing 1.50 usd.

The hotel is a great location for the museum then the temples. The pool is beautiful and perfect to cool off in at the end of the day or to start your adventures in Siem Reap. It's a short walk into the busy areas where you'll find something to suit whatever your taste at whatever time of day.. We were incredibly impressed with the vegetarian and vegan choice. The staff at Blanc Smith are incredibly kind, courteous and are so willing to help with anything. You must go here!!!
