A lovely oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. Bungalow style rooms, lush greenery, lovely pool, and excellent breakfast.

Beautiful facilities, delicious food, the most friendly staff

This was a fabulous stay for our family of 5. We had 2 adjoining rooms and everything was clean and well-equipped. We appreciated the A/C, the 2 bathrooms, the clean towels and sheets, and the kettle in our room. The pool was fantastic after our hot days of exploring Angkor Wat & the surrounding temples. The staff were friendly and helpful, and did a wonderful job of organizing local rides for us to suit our plans. The food in the onsite restaurant was quite good and portions were generous (most items $5 USD each). We could easily walk into a busier part of town for services or shopping, but the road that the villa is on is quiet and pretty. The plants and animals (geckos) around were very appreciated. We had a very nice stay.

Quiet location within walking distance (15minutes) to pub street.Nice pool. Friendly receptionist with a lovely greeting. Very welcoming and relaxing villa. We had conjoined rooms which were very spacious. AC and fans kept us cool and working fridge was good. Good shower pressure. Handy having a bar and restaurant beside the pool

Stairs were very steep up to second floor rooms, would recommend a lower floor room for people who can’t manage steep stairs.

Great pool and garden setting. Coffee was lukewarm at best, but otherwise dark and tasty.

Dogs barked like crazy when people arrived late or departed early for the sunrise. The location was great and Siem Reap did not disappoint.

Good location, great price

Our room was next to noise Street and neighbours playing loud music. We have to wait very long for pur order at the restautant and it was often incorrect.

Quiet, secluded. Has a pool. Nice staff, clean, comfortable.

Location was away from the main area of the city so needed to trek or tuk tuk into the centre of town each day.

Quiet, leafy spot. Pretty spacious room.

Drain in the shower was blocked (as it was when I stayed in the very same room some months before). This meant the bathroom flooded every time someone had a shower. The service at the restaurant/bar was also not very good. The girl who worked there in the afternoon always had a long face and was very slow in bringing drinks orders. There were also bugs in the room (possibly crickets) that would wake us up in the early hours with their chirping. The breakfast is also not the best. The variety is good, but everything we ordered either arrived undercooked or cold. Overall, the hotel seems to be on a downward slide since we stayed six months or so ago.

Bathroom drain didnt work well so short showers were a necessity but that is a luxury problem really.

The location was convenient and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are simple but clean.

The pool could use upgrading. My son cut a piece of his toe right off due to a broken tile.

Natural setting ... silent area ... Staff where helpful & Courteous... Vegetarian Breakfast was satisfactory...
