Pierre Hotel

Pierre hotel is just walkable distance from the famous Pub Street and night market. Spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staffs.

Everything that was described in the brochure was accurate. Beautiful location great breakfast great staff

Nothing to say.

Great location, pretty building, good staff

Bathtub wouldn’t drain and not addressed even after notification, MOSQUITOS in the room every night! Could see them in hallway but couldn’t keep them out of room! Maybe it was just us being unlucky.

The location and the staff!

Mold in the bathroom, no outlets or charging ports near the beds, erratic WiFi

Location BreakfastStaff

Only one elevatorOverall room decor a little dated

Location was close enough to the Pub Street area, but away from all the traffic and noise. Excellent breakfast buffet, and dinner selection. Service staff were outstanding.

Rooms could have better lighting.

Perfect location. Walking distance to everything

Internet and TV need significant improvements

Loved the security and the driver right out front. He was exceptionally great for tours for $10 an hour you could book him and he would take you to the country. Take you to anchor Watts wait on you. I mean he would take you downtown to the pub Street wait on you. Honestly it was super cheap. I took grabs. It was more expensive than hiring him. I made a deal with him and he was cheap and he was with a hotel great guy.

Lived the breakfast not much to say against

Great location, very friendly staff, appropriately sized swimming pool for the hotels size. Lovely temperature! Brilliant to have an adjoining room as a family.

Minor improvement could be to get upgraded air conditioning.

Staff were fabulous. Very helpful for every question we had. They also helped with our excursions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location was great.

We selected this hotel to be near down-town-Songkran-action, and we landed spot-on! Songkran or not, the hotel is so close to many restaurants; air conditioned or real street food. 7-Eleven quite near by (around 200 m I guess) Breakfast in hotel had many nice choices of Asian and Western food to select from. Nice area in front of hotel to enjoy a second cup of coffee after the main breakfast. Very polite staff in both reception and restaurant. Always helpful with good advises for day-trips (Angkor Wat/Lake Tonlé Sap, dining with Cambodian dance performance, and city tour). So kind hotel tuc-tuc-drivers, who really took care of us and informed their knowledge about sightseeing spots with great enthusiasm. The dark wood concept in the room and entire hotel was a cozy variant to live in, compared to many other modern hotels around the world.

We - as guests - don't stay long time in the reception lobby, but we felt sorry for the staff, who deserves a bit more air condition in that location.

Pierre Hotel was in a fantastic location, a short walk to pub street across the river however turn back a block and you are lunching with locals.you could not fault the staff from the moment we arrived we were always greet with kindness and warm smiles. There were a couple of small issues with 2 of our rooms however this was quickly sorted without any fuss, we were on a family vacation celebrating our parents 80 & 75 birthdays, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable 10 gold stars! Thank you all to them Pierre hotel team ps the omelettes in the morning were great!!

Stayed April 2025. Excellent location the staff were wonderful, nothing was an issue. They staff decorated one of our rooms for our parents birthdays. We got a packed takeaway breakfast to take to Angkor Wat.

Lication is great, staff is v attentive and kind, the interior and rooms are chic and spacious, very good for such pricing

Location, price, staff. All of it exceptionally good

Beautiful wooden interiors. Very reasonable dinner and drinks. Friendly helpful staff

We got an extremely good last minute offer

Great staff very helpful. Good location with the river on the other side of the road. Near the night market with many resturants.

Very clean an confortable room size and hotel, excellent and helpful staffs, relaxing swimming pool, great view from the room, convenient location, and variety selections for the breakfast

Location was brilliant! The food was very good with great choices for the breakfast. The staff was always very welcoming and attentive to my questions or needs. They were able to help me when needed, which I did not expect, as it was not relevant to my stay at the hotel, but they helped nonetheless.

Staff good, good breakfast buffet, trip options

Trip options were more expensive, especially those not standard temple tours
