Naga Angkor Hostel

You receive a great welcome at Naga Angkor, there is always someone available for every need. The rooms are clean but unfortunately absolutely not soundproof, it is like staying in the same room with the neighbors! Small and basic bathroom. For the quality/price ratio it is still top!! I strongly recommend you book the temples of Angkor Wat, I did the half-day visit and it was a wonderful experience, in Naga Angkor can help you to book it

There is no breakfast. The location is near to Pub street; however, the room facilities are just bad. It's like the owner just giving up on renovation and making improvement.

There is nothing remarkable about it. The facilities are bad. Very old and very dirty. It's like an abandon house. You don't even have a water heater for coffee in the room. Bathroom is equally tiny and bad.

Pleasant staff that can book tours etc for you.Different class in rooms, some really nice like a studio apartment, others are more basic.But all have hot water and AC.For my money you pay I think it's a good deal and a good location.

Woman at the counter bent my friend’s passport by alot that we had to give at the start of the stay, when confronted the lady was angry about it and started shouting profanities at my friend, i would steer clear of this place.

I did not like any things at this hotel.

The bed is so bad, aircon not work, bathroom not clean and shower head not work and the no work for showers. The hotel is very old.

The location is good. Its at the Cross roads of the main road that leads directly to angkor wat. There are many shops ATMs, petrol station, supermarkets and transports at close proximity

One of my worst experiences staying at a hotel, ever! Seriously, i would not stay again here even for free. The ONLY reason i didn't change hotel immediately was, because i was at seam rep only for 2 days with packed schedule so didn't want to disturb the plan.The pictures are obviously made up, as the place is totally non functional and looks more like a deserted ruin than a living hotel. The furniture in the rooms are creating n falling apart whatever you touch. The TV doesn't work. There are NO toiletry, toilet tissue or daily change of bedsheets or daily room cleaning at this hotel. The bathroom leaked and i want sure it it was the toilet or wash basin, no it was pretty disgusting! I booked this with booking.com that included daily breakfast, but i was told that they have discontinued the breakfast service loooong ago, as if its my fault that i booked breakfast. However they refused to provide breakfast or reduce the room rate. On the other points (like non working TV, toiletries etc) when i enquired, the lady at reception simply acted fool, or as if she doesn't understand English and went on repeated me - "oh sir, no toiletry!", "oh sir, no TV!", as if that's the norm at this place. And when i asked to talk to the owner, she refused to provide any details of the owner, or even to call him up! So, beware! Don't repeat my mistake!

Same as everything in cambodia: 2.5 years of closing because of covid.People need to come back so they can make it even nicer ! Restaurant is closed at the moment because of that !Hope for you it reopen soon !Very nice people

Hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Sorting both tours and laundry last minute and instantly. 5*

The rooms were in need of updating, and most of all some cleaning.Maintenance of things such as taps, shower and sockets need looking at.Attention to detail in the cleaning - mirrors were dirty, floor was dusty. Walls had cobwebs and fly larvae all over ceilings.

Location and value for a non-shared room. If you are looking for a bare bones no frills value. It is what it is.

It was supposed to have breakfast. It did not. The shower/bathroom was not clean. The wifi was weak as well.

Rooms are good enough, also the bathroom, it had air conditioner, private bathroom and were clean. The staff was very nice. It also has a common area in every floor to stay.

If it weren't for Ankor Wat and Pub street I would have left again immediately. The booked and paid breakfast was not delivered, TV and safe were broken, dirt in the room, more than normal, dirt on the stairs and in the lobby, water in the bathroom drains with great difficulty. only 1 employee speaks english everyone else smiles all away. Very very thin walls... In summary, please do not book. Frank, 65 without great claims

it’s in a very good location, close to everything, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the manager is very nice and helpful.

The location is great

The whole building looked abandoned. I'm aware that lots of hotel were closed down during the pandemic but it felt like the opened it and didn't do nothing at all after two years. It was very dirty, I had to change the room because it was filthy and asked to clean again the new room after seeing that all the rooms were in the same condition. The staff didn't speak any English but it was alright, my Khmer is poor but we were able to communicate. The rooms are very small and the bathroom connects to the next room and you can hear everything! My booking was with breakfast however they didn't provide anything.
