Very nice staff and location, nice design

Very uncomfortable beds. Extremely poor quality of breakfast like the bacon was literally brown instead of pink and even though breakfast WAS INCLUDED in the price they ask extra money for coffees which it was NOT specified before

Whenever I paid at the front desk, the hotel employee never had any money in the cash register. He kept telling me, "Go somewhere and get some change and bring it to me." This is unacceptable!

The staff is absolutely spectacular – very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is spotless in every area, and the breakfast is incredibly good. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need.

The only downside is the internet signal. It works for basic browsing, but if you need video calls or online conferences, it won’t be strong enough.

Everything is nice to be honest . Can’t complain , was very relax. If you still deciding by pool, the pool of this hotel was amazing.

The breakfast is not at the level of this hotel. It was just a lot of bread and carbs, with some pieces of fruits and something little more (very restrictive). At the end I decided not to eat breakfast and just do a good lunch even if it was inclusive .

The staff were always friendly and informative.

The bathroom in Room 5 needs to be repaired. Guests should not have to have their feet in a puddle of water every time they sit on the toilet.

Everything was great!We were warmly welcomed by Kim Hout who spoke great French (in addition to English of course), he has been so kind during our whole stay!The hotel itself is lovely and ideally located a few minutes walk away from the active part of the center with all the restaurants. It is very calm and the pool lovely. Breakfast was nice and you can even take it away for your early temple visits. Highly recommend!

Nothing! We didn’t mind it personally, but note that there are no restaurant, only drinks available.

Rooms were very nice and a great size, in a great location tucked away from the noise but close enough to walk to pub street / the main areas. We received welcome drinks on arrival whilst we checked in, and the staff were very friendly and helpful our whole stay. The pool was very relaxed and quiet, and felt very boujee! Definitely recommend to stay here!!

TV didn't work, but didn't matter to us!

Breakfast was not very good at all. We had breakfast included but after the first day decided to go out and find food elsewhere. Some maintenance issues in the room such as faulty shower, ants/small bugs

The location is fantastic. Right in the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap's vibrant center, with tons of bars, restaurants, etc. around. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with a nice charm. The pool area was solid, the restaurant area was also nice. The staff were generally helpful as well. Room was huge and generally comfortable.

There was water pooling on the floor in the toilet room and shower - we were told it was from the air conditioner but it wasn't ideal that it was always pooling / not fixed.

We were grateful for the knowledge and kindness of the staff in looking after us and arranging our driver and trips to the temples and circus. Their recommendations for dinner we spot on. The pool and restaurant were lovely and the staff there too provided excellent service. We liked the modern, contemporary decor and comfort of the room. The location is good for walking to all amenities and the laundry service was useful.

Beautiful place, and wonderful staff.

Only comment is perhaps they could do a little more to tackle the mosquitos, maybe a zapper or something? That said, they do sell repellant, and it's one you can grab from your room if needed

La Bastide de Caro was the perfect hotel in SR for us. So comfortable. Luscious beds. Clean, clean rooms. Lovely, clean pool. Friendly, upbeat, always helpful staff. Ceiling fan, crisp A/C. And a perfect location. Quiet spot in a sometimes noisy, busy town. Five stars!

Spacious room with a balcony, view wasn’t great though Good location, good breakfast and friendly staff.

A little noisy, at night. But manageable, air conditioning sprung a leak. But got fixed, tele never worked….

Quiet hotel, yet walking distance to the hustle and bustle of the sights, restaurants, markets, etc. they arranged tours and prepared breakfast to take away on the day we had to leave early. We were very happy with the choice of our hotel!

The interior design of the room was my cup of tea. Very simple but elegant, and it was spacious. Also the staff were friendly and helpful.

The water coming out from the shower was weak.

It would have been good if they could give us more information about the activities you can do in Siem Reap.
