Newer hotel and a young staff that really goes out of their way

Hotel Vellita is an absolute standout in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and thoughtfulness that has gone into every detail of this hotel. Many of the design elements are handmade by local artists, which gives the space a unique, authentic character and stands as a true testament to the resilience and creativity of the Khmer people.We had previously stayed at a well-known 5-star hotel upon first arriving in Siem Reap, but Hotel Vellita surpassed it in every way. The service here is truly 10/10. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. They offered us excellent recommendations on local food spots and must-see sites, making our stay even more special.The amenities are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. Whether you’re relaxing in your room or spending time in the common areas, everything feels serene and intentional.If you’re looking for a hotel that combines luxury with heart, and service that goes above and beyond, look no further. Hotel Vellita is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool design! The rooms were clean and well looked after. The spa could do with some improvement. There was no spa music in the room and it was not the best quality massage. Everything else was quite nice!

The room sarebbe large, extremely clean. And the Space is well structures’ the breakfast is outstanding, the restaurant is great,much better than any other restaurant in the city. The staff is perfect. I think this is a 5stars hotel and I will suggest it to‘ all my Friends.

Everything was Perfect

Staff was great. This is a well managed hotel. Food, wine, coctails are fantastic.The internal design and the pool area is excellent. We could not wish for more.

The upgrade of the room.

The floor of the room and some parts of the bathroom were not very well cleaned. The breakfast was not as good as it should be for a hotel of this standard.

Very clean and modern. The staff were super sweet and helpful.

They could have a selection of pillows. The only ones they have are too hard and tall.

The hotel was beautiful inside. Small, cozy but not suffocating. The breakfast was really awesome and the service was wonderful. The staff ensure all guests are comfortable. Ms. Navoan was a daily delight and ensured my husband and I had everything we needed. All bars and restaurants are a short tuktuk ride away. There are several coffee/food places within walking distance too.

Nothing to complain about, however the toilet in the rooms could do with a little glam and a handheld bidet.

We were happy choosing his hotel. Very nice designed, green and comfortable for staying. Nice kind stuff, helping with every question. Clean, quiet. 5-7 min by tuk tuk to center of city.

I liked this hotel and definitely suggest for choosing it. But S.p.A. in this hotel not the best

The hotel is nice and new, wonderful pool, comfortable rooms equipped with all the comforts. We really liked the food, both from the breakfast and the a la carte menu! But what makes this hotel really exceptional is the staff, everybody is committed to meet your needs and satisfy them. They are just amazing. They provided us with tours, drivers and guides for our stay in Siem Reap. Would totally recommend and come back too.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and modern, featuring refined, elevated finishes. I especially enjoyed the large soaking tub in the bathroom! The hotel felt secluded, offered excellent privacy, and truly resembled a resort. The pool area was beautiful and the overall ambiance was so serene. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service. The staff was incredibly attentive and proactive; for instance, as you approach the restaurant, someone will often rush to open the door for you. A chair is pulled out for you to sit in. Whenever I wanted to order a drink by the pool, there was always someone nearby asking if I wanted to order anything. Not only were they attentive, but the staff was also warm and friendly. The service level clearly reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing a great experience. The English proficiency of the staff was very high.The highlight of my stay was definitely the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! Cambodia is known for its amazing cuisine, and while I partially regret not eating more local food, the hotel restaurant was so exceptional and convenient that I found myself wanting to dine there for every meal. The restaurant staff was also a highlight, being especially friendly and fun to talk to.I also visited the spa and had an excellent massage. The spa vibe was very calm and relaxing.I would absolutely return to this wonderful hotel!

There's hardly anything to critique about this hotel. My stay felt perfect, but if I had to find some opportunities here are some small observations: The large lounging beds in the pool area were made of pleather, which I understand are more practical to maintain, but are uncomfortable to actually lie on and detracted slightly from the upscale ambiance. Additionally, I didn't have my tours and experiences fully booked upon arrival. While the hotel offered standard Angkor Wat tour options and could help arrange tuk-tuk drivers, it would have been nice to have more guidance on other available activities besides Angkor Wat.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. At night looks unreal. The swimming pool is really nice.The room is very cosy and private.

1. We arrived at 2:30 pm. They took our bags, made us fill out some forms, and only then said they we can only check in at 3pm. That should’ve been the first information they told us, we could’ve just returned a little bit later. I also highly doubt that the room wasn’t ready 30 minutes before check in and then magically was.Seems like the staff is following some sort of protocol without actually using their head. 2. The room next to us put some dirty dishes outside which were not cleaned for 2 days we stayed at the hotel 3. At breakfast they ask for your room number, every person you meet does this. We had to tell it 3 or 4 times. The funny thing is this hotel only has like 20 rooms and they all seem to include breakfast. So what was the point of that?Overall seems like the staff has no idea what they are doing and why.

Stylish and modern boutique hotel. Cozy with a personal feel . Stunning pool area and gardens . Newly built . Bfast was lovely with eggs to order as well as a modest buffet . Could not fault the staff and service . A little out of the main busy downtown area but only 5-7mins by tuk tuk to pub street . A few reasonable restaurants within 10-15min walk from hotel . I would definitely stay again .

Everything was absolutely perfect. From the welcoming of the reception staff all the way to the breakfast, food and drinks, attention to details and passion and care everyone showed during our stay, we couldn’t really ask for anything better. We changed hotel during our stay in Siem Reap due to some problems with the other property and everyone at Hotel Vellita has been absolutely spot on and made our stay unforgettable! Top service and top hotel! Highly recommended!
