Best ever hotel. Friendly. Quaint. Facilities. Looked and felt Cambodian. Keep it just like it is!!!

All perfect!!

Really love the garden, the decor is also very nice and totally set the difference from the boring modern luxurious chain hotel rooms.

Only complaint if I must have some: the lobby area (for the wifi. averagely each guest would spend one descent half hour there per day) is totally a mosquito feeding ground!

The property is a gorgeous Khmer-style tropical fantasy of rich wood and greenery. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the central city and immediately adjacent to the hip little Street 26 strip. Our room had comfortable canopy beds, a view of the pool, a pleasant sitting area, and good air conditioning. Two large sliding doors opened an entire corner of the room to the terrace to enjoy the morning/evening air. The generous open-air lobby is a comfortable place to lounge and relax or socialize and enjoy a cocktail. The beautiful restaurant is also an open-air pavilion and is surrounded by a tranquil, lilly-covered pond. We enjoyed the friendly service and excellent food at breakfast every morning, as well as several other excellent meals when we didn't feel like venturing out. The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful -- among others, Leak and David saw to our every need and helped us arrange transport, tours, and other activities. We really hated to leave after being with them for a week!

The only thing that could possibly have improved our stay is if the air conditioning was a bit quieter. Also, while the greenery is gorgeous, it obstructed the handrails on the stairs in places, making them a bit challenging for my mother to negotiate.

Angkor Village Hotel is beautiful - looks exactly like the pictures! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the location is great. Food is also delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

The restaurant is extremely disappointing. We arrived exactly on time for our 7:30 PM reservation, yet it took an hour and a half just for the menu to arrive, our order to be taken, and the food to be served. Even at breakfast, despite marking our selections in advance, the breakfast consistently arrived late and incomplete. It is absolutely a waste of time.On our first day, there were hair strands in the bathroom, and the toilet was not very clean. I would not stay here again if I were to come back.

Perfect. Like in the middle of nature yet very close to the center. Wooden beautiful traditional bungalows. Very charming and comfortable and staff incredible, helpful and kind

Everything. The welcoming staff, layout, tropical vegetation thru out, restaurant, food, pool, spa, and every detail of how the hotel managed our stay and organization of theater and tour programs

Nothing to dislike

It’s absolutely stunning and the staff are so helpful and kind.

It was very noisy. There was major noise both nights, but especially the second night with loud party music going until 2am. We got very little sleep during our stay.

Hotel was so beautiful, I loved all the spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. Food and complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no TV in the room - not necessarily a detractor and it was nice to unwind by reading outside but just an FYI. Additionally pool is not heated

Staff, comfort, localization

I have stayed in so many hotels in my life, but I must say this one is a rare and precious jewel. The hotel infrastructure, design, decoration, setting and gardening are extremely beautiful, well thought of and peaceful, just being there is already incredibly amazing. The best part is the hotel staff, which is extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and thoughtful, you can tell they are very special and qualified professionals. The location is superb as it is inside the city center but it’s like an oasis, once you enter the hotel you leave the city outside and enter a parallel green and relaxing universe. The food is amazing and drinks as well. They have a great concierge service and literally everything we’ve done in Siem Reap was through the hotel (transportation, tours, etc), it made everything so smooth and easy! The restaurante inside of it is super nice, and they have massages for special prices under certain hours. It’s so nice you simply don’t want to leave the hotel!

Literally nothing - it was perfect!

The staff was very welcoming and available to cater to our every need, always smiling and polite. The food was delicious at their restaurant and we had some of the best cocktails ever. The hotel is quiet and relaxing even though it's positioned in the middle of Siem Reap. The location is very good, close to restaurants and bars. We booked tours to visit the ancient temples and floating villages and we had a great time with the help of our guide and driver.

The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean but had a bit of a stuffy smell, probably from the humidity in the air.

Beautiful hotel!! The vegetation the design the rooms the bathrooms the restaurant. Very beautiful hotel! I enjoyed the time spent there, the staff was absolutely helpful. We also got the hotel offer Angkor wat tours (we made our own itinerary, they offer that). So convenient, the food is good. Definitely if i come back to Siem Reap i will stay here. Spa was great too!

Service from the staff were all top-notch, including the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and spa staff. The location is in a central part of the city while still being its quiet oasis. The grounds and rooms are beautifully laid out.

WiFi was spotty, with the network often dropping, so you have to catch it at the right time.
